Consequences of Centralization in the Great Tehran Regarding Security Matters

حل هر مسيله اجتماعي و انساني نيازمند بررسي همه‌جانبه آن است و ريشه‌‌‌يابي مسيله مهم‌ترين گام در اين زمينه محسوب مي‌شود. تحقيق حاضر، با توجه‌ به ماهيت موضوع، به روش كتاب‌خانه‌‌‌اي انجام گرفته است زيرا مطالعات كتاب‌خانه‌‌‌اي امكان درك بهتر موضوع را براي محقق فراهم و ساده‌‌‌سازي واقعيت و استناد به مباني پذيرفتني را براي او امكان‌‌‌‌پذير مي‌سازد. در اين پژوهش، ابتدا كليات موضوع بررسي شده است و سپس مهم‌ترين نظريه‌‌‌هاي برنامه‌‌‌ريزان شهري در ارتباط با جرم و جنايت و همچنين پيامدهاي امنيتي آن در كلان‌شهر تهران مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. بررسي همه‌جانبه پديده تمركز جمعيت در كلان‌شهر تهران نشان مي‌دهد كه بسترهاي جرم‌‌‌خيزي با پديده جذب جمعيت همراه شده و به وقوع ناامني دامن زده است. از اين ‌رو، حل مسيله حاد ناامني در كلان‌شهر تهران نيازمند بهبود شرايط زندگي مهاجران، با هدف جذب جمعيت در مبدا و جلوگيري از تمركز جمعيت، در اين شهر است.

Solving a problem requires a comprehensive study of it. Therefore in this research concerning the ‘security consequences’ resulting from the centralization in the great Tehran. Considering the nature of the study a library study seemed proper to investigate the issue. For this purpose after discussing generalities at the beginning important theories concerning the city planning and its relationships with crimes and other offenses were considered. At the end the security consequences are regarded. All-embracing consideration of centralization of population in the great Tehran indicates that the situation is prone for crimes and coupled with the population has led to the increment of insecurities. The finding indicates that there is a need for betterment of the life situation of the population prone to emigrate to the city in their home and prevent the migration to the great Tehran before they come.
