ارتباط بين سبك هاي رهبري مربيان و رضايتمندي جودوكاران نخبه ايران

The Relationship between Leadership Styles of Coaches and Satisfaction of Iranian Elite Judo Players

هدف از اين تحقيق تعيين ارتباط سبك هاي رهبري مربيان با رضايتمندي جودوكاران نخبه ايران بود كه با روش تحقيق توصيفي – همبستگي و به صورت ميداني به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه جودوكاران ليگ برتر (162 نفر) بودند. در اين تحقيق نمونه آماري براساس جدول حجم نمونه گيري مورگان 125 جودوكار در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه هاي اطلاعات فردي، مقياس رهبري در ورزش (95/0 = ?) و پرسشنامه رضايتمندي ورزشكاران (94/0 = ?) استفاده شد. به منظور تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از روش آمار توصيفي و در راستاي تعيين ارتباط از رگرسيون چندمتغيره استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه بين سبك هاي رهبري مربيان و رضايتمندي بازيكنان رابطه معناداري (05/0 P < ) وجود دارد. همچنين يافته هاي تحقيق رابطه مثبت و معني داري را بين سبك رهبري دموكراتيك با رضايتمندي بازيكنان نشان داد (05/0 ). ولي بين سبك هاي رهبري و حمايت اجتماعي، آموزش و تمرين، بازخورد مثبت و استبدادي با رضايتمندي بازيكنان ارتباط معناداري مشاهده نشد (05/0P < ). به طور كلي سبك هاي رهبري مربيان عاملي مهم و پيش بيني كننده در رضايتمندي ورزشكاران است. ازاين رو مي توان گفت مربيان مي توانند نقش مهمي در شكل دهي رضايتمندي در ورزشكاران داشته باشند.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles of coaches and satisfaction of Iranian elite judo players which was carried out by a descriptive – correlation field method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all 162 judo players of premier league in Iran. Statistical sample consisted of 125 judo players based on Morgan sample size table. In order to collect data, demographic questionnaire, Leadership Scale for Sport (?=0.95) and athletesʹ satisfaction questionnaire (?=0.94) were used. Descriptive methods were used to analyze the data and in order to determine the relationship, a multivariate regression was used. Data analysis showed a significant relationship between the leadership styles of coaches and the playersʹ satisfaction (P < 0.05). Also, the findings showed a significant positive relationship between democratic leadership style and the athletesʹ satisfaction (P < 0.05). But, there was no significant relationship between leadership styles of social support, training and instruction positive feedback and authoritarian on the one hand and the satisfaction of the players on the other hand (P?0.05). Generally, leadership styles of coaches were important predictors of athletesʹ satisfaction. Hence, it can be stated that coaches can play an important role in forming the athletesʹ satisfaction.
