ارزيابي كيفيت اماكن تفريحي - ورزشي پارك‌هاي استان گلستان بر اساس مدل تحليل شكاف (Gaps)

The Quality of Recreational Facilities Evaluation in Golestan Province Parks Based on (Gaps) Model

هدف تحقيق حاضر ارزيابي كيفيت اماكن تفريحي - ورزشي پارك‌هاي استان گلستان بر اساس مدل تحليل شكاف در ابعاد وضعيت، حفظ و نگهداري و ايمني است. به همين منظور، پرسشنامه در ميان 180 كاربر پارك، 21 مدير و 27 كارمند دفاتر فضاي سبز استان گلستان توزيع و جمع آوري شد. كاربران بايد ادراك و انتظار خود را از پارك و همچنين كاركنان و مديران بايد درك و برداشت خود را از انتظارات كاربران بيان مي كردند. در اين مقاله تعداد كل پارك‌هاي استان گلستان 83 عدد بود كه طبق نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده به 21 پارك در 15 شهر مراجعه شد. نتايج بيانگر اين مطلب است كه بين ادراك و انتظارات كاربران تفاوت معني داري در هر سه بعد وضعيت، حفظ و نگهداري و ايمني وجود دارد؛ به عبارت ديگر در هر سه بعد بين ادراك و انتظارات كاربران شكاف وجود دارد. از سوي ديگر، بين انتظارات كاربران و كاركنان فقط در بعد ايمني تفاوت معني داري وجود داشت؛ بنابراين يك شكاف در بعد ايمني بين انتظارات كاربران و كاركنان مشاهده شد. علاوه بر اين، بين انتظارات كاربران و مديران پارك‌ها هم در بعدهاي وضعيت و ايمني هم تفاوت معني داري مشاهده شد؛ به عبارت ديگر در بعدهاي وضعيت و ايمني شكاف وجود داشت. يافته‌هاي ديگر مقاله بيانگر اين مطلب است كه بين درك و برداشت كاركنان و مديران از انتظارات كاربران تفاوت معني داري مشاهده نشد؛ در نتيجه مي‌توان اذعان داشت كه هيچ شكافي بين درك و برداشت كاركنان و مديران از انتظارات كاربران وجود ندارد. با وجود اينكه در همه ابعاد (وضعيت، حفظ و نگهداري و ايمني) ميان ادراك و انتظارات كاربران از كيفيت اماكن تفريحي - ورزشي پارك‌هاي استان گلستان اختلاف معني دار (شكاف) مشاهده شد كه نشان دهنده نارضايتي كاربران بود، ولي خوشبختانه ميان ادراك مديران و كاركنان پارك‌ها از انتظارات واقعي كاربران اختلاف معني داري (شكاف) مشاهده نشد. هر چند در اين خصوص كاركنان، در مقايسه با مديران درك بهتري از انتظارات كاربران داشتند.

The purpose of this study was to quality of recreational facilities evaluation in Golestan province parks with condition, maintenance and safety dimension based on Gaps model. As a result, a questionnaire (Marlo et al. 2004) was distributed among 180 park users, 21 management and 27 employees. In this way, park users must represent their perception and expectations from park but manager and employees should represent their perceptions from userʹs expectations. In this study, the numbers of 21 parks were selected among total number of parks in the Golestan province in 15 cities according to Simple random sampling. The Result showed that there were significant differences between perception and expectations of park users in every three dimensions, in the other word, there are gaps between perception and expectations in the users park. On the other hand, there were significant differences between employees and park users only in safety dimension; therefore there was one gap in the safety dimension between employees and park users. There was significant difference between management and park users according to the condition and safety dimensions. In other words, a gap was indicated in the condition and safety dimensions between manager’s perceptions from park users expectation and park users expectations. The findings suggest that there were no significant differences between managements and employees perception from expectations of park users, as a result, there is no gaps between perception of managers and employees from expectation of park users. Conclusion: Although in all dimension (condition, maintenance and safety dimension) there was significant difference in between employeeʹs perception and expectations from quality of the recreational-sport spaces in Golestan province parks, however, fortunately, there was no significant difference in managements and employees perception from real expectations of park users.
