تحليل تفاوت ميزان آمادگي اجتماعات محله‌اي شهر شيراز دربرابر زلزله

Analyzing the Preparedness Differences of Neighborhood Communities of Shiraz City to Earthquake Hazard

براي كاهش اثر بحران زلزله، ارتقاي آمادگي دربرابر اين بحران در شهرهاي زلزله‌خيز بايد به‌طور جدي مورد توجه قرار گيرد. با توجه به خطر بالاي زلزله در شهر شيراز، اين پژوهش به تحليل تفاوت ميزان آمادگي اجتماعات محله‌اي شهر شيراز دربرابر زلزله و نيز رابطه آمادگي اجتماعات محله‌اي و وضعيت اقتصادي- اجتماعي آن‌ها پرداخته است. بدين منظور، براساس مباني نظري و پيشينه پژوهش، مفهوم آمادگي در 4 بعد، 14 شاخص و بيش از 87 معرّف و با استفاده از روش‌هاي SAW و AHP تعريف عملياتي شد. حجم نمونه معادل 322 خانوار و با روش كوكران محاسبه شد. نمونه‌گيري نيز با روش‌هاي خوشه‌اي و تصادفي انجام شد. داده‌ها به‌وسيله پرسش‌نامه‌هاي خانوار، كارشناس و خبرگان گردآوري شد و با روش‌هاي واريانس يكطرفه، آزمون توكي و هم‌بستگي پيرسون تحليل شد. نتايج تحليل واريانس يكطرفه نشان مي‌دهد ازنظر ابعاد آمادگي عملياتي و بستر فيزيكي و نيز آمادگي كل، بين محلات تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج هم‌بستگي نيز نشان مي‌دهد ميزان آمادگي كل با اطمينان 99 درصد با متغيرهاي منزلت شغلي، درآمد، تحصيلات و پايگاه به‌ترتيب با ضرايب 531/0، 630/0، 434/0 و 614/0 رابطه معناداري دارد. نتيجه كلي اين است كه آمادگي در مقياس جامعه داراي ابعاد اجتماعي- اقتصادي است و بايد به‌طور جدي مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

For reduction the impacts of earthquake disaster and attaining sustainable society, it is necessary to pay attention to promoting preparedness seriously in cities exposed to earthquake, such as Shiraz. So, research questions offered as such: is there the significant preparedness differences between Shiraz cityʹs neighborhoods? Is there the significant correlation between neighborhoods preparedness and socio-economic situation? So, based on the theoretical bases and previous studies, the operational definition of preparedness concept offered in four dimensions, 14 index and 87 indicators, and combined by AHP and SAW methods. Needed data gathered by households, experts and field questionnaires. For testing hypotheses used causal-comparative and correlation methods. Sample size calculated by Cochranʹs method (322 households). Sampling has done by cluster and random methods. Gathered data were analyzed by: One-way ANOVA and Tukey-test at first hypotheses; and correlations methods at second hypotheses. Results showed that the difference of Operational and physical dimensions of preparedness between households of neighbors is significant based on the one way ANOVA. General preparedness is also significantly different at 99 percent of confidence. The results of correlation test showed that general preparedness have significant relation with literacy, income, occupation and socio-economic status at 99 percent of confidence. According to the findings, preparedness at society scale has socio-economical aspects. So, we must pay attention to this point seriously.
