ارتباط تصوير بدن و رفتار دوستانه با رضايت زناشويي در زوجين

The relationship of body image and friendliness behavior with marital satisfaction in couples

چكيده رضايت زناشويي، يكي از عوامل مهمي است كه بر سلامت رواني و كيفيت زندگي زوجين تاثير مي‌گذارد. هدف اين پژوهش تعيين نقش تصوير بدن و رفتار دوستانه در پيش‌بيني رضايت زناشويي زوجين مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش از نوع همبستگي است. نمونه پزوهش 205 زوج ساكن شهر ادربيل بودند كه به صورت تصادفي در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شركت كنندگان پرسشنامه چند بعدي خود بدني (MBSRQ)، مقياس رفتار دوستانه (SACRAL) و پرسشنامه رضامندي زناشويي (SMSQ)را تكميل كردند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه تصوير بدن و رفتار دوستانه با رضايت زناشويي همبستگي مثبت معني‌داري دارند. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيري نيز نشان داد كه متغيرهاي تصوير بدن و رفتار دوستانه 42 درصد از واريانس رضايت زناشويي زوجين را تبيين مي‌كنند. بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه متغيرهاي تصوير بدن و رفتار دوستانه، رضايت زناشويي زوجين را تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهند.

Abstract Marital satisfaction is considered as one of the important factors that influence the mental health and life quality of couples. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of body image and friendliness behavior with marital satisfaction in couples. The research convenient sample consisted of 205 couples living in Ardebil. The participants completed the Multidime-nsional Body Self Relation Questionnaire (MBSRQ), the Friendliness Behavior Scale (SACRAL) and the Salehi Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (SMSQ). The results showed that body image and friendliness behavior had a significantly positive correlation with marital satisfaction. Also, the results of multivariate regression analysis showed that variables of body image and friendliness behavior could explain 42 per cent of marital satisfaction in couples. It is concluded that the body image and friendliness behavior have an influence on couplesʹ marital satisfaction. .
