اثر بخشي آموزش فرزندپروري مثبت بر كاهش مشكلات سلوك كودكان 4 تا 6 سال و كاهش تنيدگي مادران

The effectiveness of positive parent training in reducing conduct problems of children and maternal stress of their mothers

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثربخشي آموزش فرزندپروري مثبت برمشكلات سلوك كودكان 4 تا 6 سال مهدهاي كودك اهواز و تنيدگي مادران بود. كودكان 4 تا 6 ساله مهدهاي كودك اهواز كه مبتلا به مشكلات سلوكي بودند جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را تشكيل دادند. نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شد. در ابتدا 8 مهد كودك به شيوه تصادفي انتخاب و مربيان آنها در مورد علايم مشكلات سلوك آموزش ديدند و پرسشنامه رفتار كودكان راتر-فرم معلم (RCBQ) را براي كودكاني كه اين علايم را داشتند تكميل نمودند. سپس از بين 120 پرسشنامه تكميل شدن توسط مربيان مهد كودك‌ها، تعداد 30 پرسشنامه كودكان كه نمره آنها در خرده مقياس مشكلات سلوكي بيشتر از نمره آنها در خرده مقياس مشكلات هيجاني بود، به صورت تصادفي انتخاب و به شيوه تصادفي در گروه آزمايش و كنترل گمارده شدند. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رفتار كودكان راتر- فرم معلم (RCBQ)، و شاخص تنيدگي والدين (PCI) استفاده شد. فرضيه هاي پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس چند متغيري مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتايج، فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش را تاييد و مشخص شد كه آموزش فرزندپروري مثبت بر كاهش مشكلات سلوك كودكان و كاهش تنيدگي مادران اثر معنادار )001/0(p < دارد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نيز به تفصيل مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of positive parent training in reducing conduct problems of children and maternal stress of their mothers. The statistical population of the study was all 4-6 year kindergarten children with conduct problems in Ahwaz. The sample was selected using multistage sampling method. At first 8 kindergartens were randomly selected, whose teachers then received training on conduct problems symptoms. They then completed the teacher from of the Rutter’s Childrenʹs Behavior Questionnaire (RCBQ) for children who had those symptoms. From 120 questionnaires completed by teachers, 30 questionnaires were randomly selected from among those who got higher scores on Conduct Problems rather than Emotional Problems subscales. They were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The Rutter’s Childrenʹs Behavior Questionnaire (RCBQ)–the Teacher Form and Parental Stress Index (PCI) were used to collect the data. The hypotheses were tested by multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that positive parent training decreased conduct problems and maternal stress (p < 0/001). A follow up study showed that the effect lasted for 1 month. The results of the study are discussed in detail.
