The Study of the Consequences and Mechanisms of Globalization on Higher Education Curriculum

اهداف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي پيامدهاي ناشي از جهاني شدن بر برنامه‌هاي درسي آموزش عالي و سازوكارهاي آن است. بررسي اسنادي حاكي از آن است كه مهمترين پيامدهاي جهاني شدن بر برنامه‌هاي درسي آموزش عالي عبارتند از: پيشرفت‌هاي فناورانه و علمي، دگرگوني‌هاي دنياي كار و اشتغال، نابرابري‌هاي اجتماعي، توسعه دموكراسي و حقوق بشر، افزايش ارتباطات بين فرهنگي، تجديد نظر در ارزش‌هاي معنوي و اخلاقي و آموزش براي زمان عدم قطعيت. همچنين تحليل آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي پيمايش صورت گرفته با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه 37 نفر از متخصصان برنامه درسي آموزش عالي به آن پاسخ دادند، حاكي از آن است كه براي مواجهه با اين پيامدها شايسته است سازوكارهايي چون تاكيد بيشتر بر يادگيري زبان انگليسي، شناخت بيشتر نسبت به فرهنگ و رسوم و آداب ساير ملل، شناخت و تقدير بيشتر از افراد موثر علمي در حيطه بين الملل، كسب مهارت زندگي با اقوام ملل ديگر، شناخت بيشتر نسبت به پيامدها و نوآوري‌هاي علمي جهاني، لزوم گنجاندن برنامه درسي حقوق بشر و دموكراسي، تهيه و توليد محتواي مجازي، تغيير جريان آموزش از تدريس به يادگيري، تغيير جريان آموزش از گروهي به انفرادي، تغيير جريان آموزش از كسب دانش به كسب مهارت، تغيير جريان آموزش از رفتاري به ساختن‌گرايي، تغيير جريان آموزش از سنتي به مجازي در برنامه‌هاي درسي آموزش عالي مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

This article aims to study the consequences and mechanisms of globalization on the higher education curriculum. Documentary studies show that the most important consequences of globalization on the higher education curriculum are development in science and technology, changes in labor market and employment, social inequalities, promotion of democracy and human rights, increase in intercultural communication, review of moral and ethical values and education for the time of uncertainty. Furthermore, the analysis of the single survey t-test, which has been done through enquiries prepared by the researcher, was answered by 37 experts in higher education curriculum. It showed that in order to deal with these consequences, the following points should be considered in preparing the higher education curriculum including putting more emphasis on learning English language, to increase one’s knowledge about the culture, customs and traditions of other nations, to know and appreciate the influential people of science in international scope, to increase oneʹs life skills to be able to coexist with other races from different countries, to expand one’s knowledge about scientific achievements and innovations,to necessitate the inclusion of democracy and human rights in the curriculum, to produce and provide the virtual contents, to change the process of education from teaching to learning, from individual to group training, from increase in knowledge to increase in skill,from behavioral learning to constructional one and from traditional to virtual.
