بررسي ديدگاه دانشجويان پرستاري دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي سنندج درباره عوامل تسهيل كننده و بازدارنده آموزش باليني (90-89)

Barriers to and Facilitators of Clinical Education from Sanandaj Nursing Studentsʹʹ Viewpoints, 2010-2011

چكيده زمينه و هدف: موانع و مشكلات آموزش باليني اثرات نامطلوبي بر دستيابي به اهداف حرفه پرستاري دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل تسهيل‌كننده و بازدارنده آموزش باليني از ديدگاه دانشجويان پرستاري دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي سنندج سال 90-89 انجام شد. روش بررسي: در يك مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري سرشماري، ديدگاه ‌160 نفر دانشجوي پرستاري كارورز و كارآموز بررسي شد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل مشخصات فردي و سوالاتي در زمينه عوامل تسهيل‌كننده و بازدارنده آموزش باليني (جمعاً 64 سوال) در پنج مقياس ليكرت از كاملاً موافقم تا كاملاً مخالفم بود. روايي محتواي با استفاده از نظر اساتيد و پايايي آن با محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 78/0 تاييد شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آزمونt-test در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: مهمترين عامل تسهيل كننده آموزش باليني از ديدگاه دانشجويان كارآموز و كارورز ارتباط بين مربي- دانشجو بود. در حاليكه مهمترين عامل بازدارنده از ديدگاه دانشجويان كارآموز امكانات موجود در بيمارستان و از ديدگاه دانشجويان كارورز ويژگي مربيان بود. عوامل بازدارنده در حيطه‌هاي رضايت دانشجو از نحوه ارايه دروس عملي و تيوري (006/0P=) و رضايت دانشجو از قوانين در بخش (02/0=P) در دو گروه كارآموز و كارورز تفاوت معني‌داري را نشان داد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نشان داد ويژگي و مهارت تدريس مربيان به عنوان موانع بازدارنده آموزش باليني بود. انتخاب مدرسين مبتكر و خلاق در كنار سعي و تلاش دانشجويان مي‌تواند يكي از راهكارهاي موثر درارتقاي كيفيت آموزش باليني مطرح باشد.

Background and Objectives: Since the barriers to the clinical education can adversely affect nursing profession goals; the purpose of this study was to investigate apprenticeship and internship nursing studentsʹ views about facilitators of and barriers to the clinical education in Sanandaj School of Nursing and Midwifery. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, viewpoints of all 160 apprenticeship and internship nursing students studying at Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences were investigated. Data were collected using a self-structured questionnaire including demographic characteristic and 64 questions about facilitators and barriers of clinical education in eight domains using five-point Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity based on the expert views and the reliability was investigated using the Cronbachʹs alpha (0.78). Data were analyzed using the descriptive and inferential statistics with 95% confidence interval in the SPSS. Results: The most cited facilitator of the clinical education from views of the apprenticeship (n=64; 57.1%) and internship (n=33; 68.8%) students was the relationship between instructors and students. The lack of facilities in hospitals was the most cited barrier of the clinical education from the apprenticeship students viewpoint (n=45; 40.2); whereas the attributes of the clinical instructors was the most cited barrier among the internships (n=22; 45.8%). There were statistical differences between the apprenticeship and internship students viewpoints on the studentsʹ satisfaction from rules and regulations and the teaching methods (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Regarding the effectiveness of the clinical education in acquisition of nursing skills, it is necessary to improve clinical education to reduce the existing challenges.
