چكيده مباحث مربوط به زن، پيوسته يكي از موضوعات جذاب و پر هياهو بوده است، شخصيت زن را مي‌توان از دو منظر حقوقي و حقيقي واكاوي كرد. از زاويه حقوقي، ابعادي مانند مباني حقوق زن، تفاوت‌ها و اشتراكات حقوقي دو جنس، راز تفاوت‌ها و... كنكاش‌پذير‌ است كه بررسي آن مجالي ديگر مي‌طلبد. هدف از نوشتار حاضر بررسي «شخصيت حقيقي» زن است تا با تبيين و جمع عرفي ميان رواياتِ به ظاهر معارض مربوط به زن و تشخيص احاديث صحيح از سقيم به رفع شبهات اقدام كند. اين پژوهش با روش كيفي و تحليلي به اين نتيجه دست يافت كه روايات واحدي كه در مباحث غيرفقهي زنان وارد شده از نظر بسياري از علما، فاقد حجيت است، حتي در صورت حجيت خبر واحد ناديده گرفتن ضعف سند، بسياري از اخبار مربوط به سنديت و نكوهش زنان، باز هم تعارض محتواي اين اخبار با آيات قرآن كريم، سيره پيامبر(ص)، اصول عقلي، ساير روايات و... نشانه مردود بودن آن‌هاست. واژگان كليدي شخصيت حقيقي زن؛ شخصيت حقوقي زن؛ تعارض دليل‌ها؛ اختلاف حديث؛ معيار سنجش روايت

A look at the Real Personality of Woman from the Viewpoint of Quran and Traditions (with an Emphasis on the Incongruity of Arguments) Maryam Tohidi * Abstract Issues related to women, have always been attractive and yet controversial. The personality of woman can be analyzed from both its real and legal aspects. Issues such as fundamentals of women rights, legal differences and similarities of the sexes, the secret behind the differences, etc are issues which can be examined from the legal aspect which require another time. The aim of the present research was to analyze the “real personality” of woman, by explaining and bringing together seemingly controversial traditions related to women and distinguishing reliable traditions from unreliable ones to resolve any doubts. By applying qualitative methods and analysis it was concluded that according to many Islamic scholars many singly-reported traditions regarding the non- legal issues of women were without argument. Even if issues regarding the unreliability of the tradition were disregarded, the incongruity of the content of these traditions with Quran, Prophet’s lifestyle, logic, other traditions, etc proves the unreliability of these traditions.
