افزايش خوراك و فرآورده‌هاي پالايشگاه نفت بندرعباس با اجراي تزريق مستقيم ميعانات‌گازي به برج اتمسفريك

Increase of Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery feedstocks and products by performing direct injection of gas condensate to the atmospheric tower

امروزه با وجود نرم افزارهاي شبيه ساز تخصصي فرايندهاي پالايشگاهي مانند پتروسيم ،انجام شبيه سازي دقيق و سريع واحدهاي عملياتي ازجمله واحدهاي تقطير براي انجام تغييرات، بهينه سازي و افزايش ظرفيت آنها امكان پذير شده است. در اين تحقيق واحد تقطير پالايشگاه بندرعباس با نرم افزارPetro-SIM 4 شبيه سازي شده و با استفاده از نتايج آن موارد مورد نياز جهت امكان سنجي طرح افزايش خوراك و فرآورده‌هاي پالايشگاه نفت بندرعباس با اجراي تزريق مستقيم ميعانات‌گازي شيرين به برج اتمسفريك واحدهاي‌ تقطير مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است. درنهايت بهينه‌ترين حالت جهت تزريق مستقيم ميعانات گازي به برج اتمسفريك بدست آمد. همچنين به كمك شبيه سازي شرايط داخلي برج و قسمتهاي ديگر واحد تقطير پس از تزريق ميعانات از قبيل پديده طغيان، شيب دمايي در طول برج، ميزان جريانات برگشتي به برج، مشخصات محصولات خروجي و ظرفيت تلمبهها و پنكههاي هوايي وساير تجهيزات، شخص گرديد. در نهايت مورد تست ميداني در واحد تقطير پالايشگاه بندرعباس قرار گرفته و در حال حاضر نيز ادامه دارد. كه از دستاوردهاي مهم ميتوان به افزايش توان پالايش نفت خام و ميعانات گازي و افزايش توليد محصولات استراتژيكي مانند بنزين و گازوييل اشاره كرد.

Nowadays, the accurate and fast simulation of the operational units such as distillation units to implement the changes, optimization and increase of their capacity have became possible with the specific simulation software of refinery processes such as Petro-SIM. In this article distillation unit of Bandar Abbas refinery was simulated in software Petro-SIM 4 and by using the results the required cases were evaluated in order to feasibility of the increase of Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery feedstocks and products by performing direct injection of sweet gas condensate to atmospheric tower of the distillation units. Finally, the most efficient mode of direct injection of gas condensates to atmospheric tower proposed. Also, by help of simulate conditions inside the tower and other parts distillation unit injection of liquid phenomena such as flooding, temperature gradient along the tower, the tower of the return flow, specification of outlet products, capacity of air coolers and pumps and other equipment, were determined The test field located in Bandar Abbas refinery distillation units currently ongoing. The most important achievements can be the increase of crude oil and gas condensate refine and increase in the production of strategic products such as gasoline and diesel.
