بررسي و تحليل تطبيقي تفاوت هاي سكونتگاه هاي غيررسمي شيراز (موارد مطالعه شهرك بهار، مهدي آباد، سهل آباد)

يكي از مشكلات شهرهاي كنوني رشد و گسترش سكونتگاه هاي غيررسمي در اطراف و درون شهرهاست. اين سكونتگاه ها به دنبال افزايش تضاد ميان جوامع شهري-روستايي، فقير و غني جاذب جمعيتي است كه براي دسترسي به امكانات و خدمات بيش تر و رهايي از فقر به شهرهاي غالباً بزرگ روي آورده و در نتيجه ناتواني از تامين مسكن پشت ديوارهاي غيرمريي شهر متوقف شده اند. شيراز به عنوان پنجمين شهر بزرگ كشور درحال حاضر شاهد رشد سكونتگاه هاي غيررسمي درحواشي و مركز خود گرديده است. در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه، ويژگي هاي كالبدي و سكونتي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي سه سكونتگاه غيررسمي در حاشيه جنوب غربي،جنوب شرقي و مركز شهر شيراز استخراج و بصورت داده هاي خام در نرم افزار SPSS16 مورد تحليل قرارداده شد. آزمون هاي تفاوت كروسكال- واليس و آزمون ميانه براي نشان دادن تفاوت هاي منطقه اي سه سكونتگاه به كارگرفته شد كه نشان دهنده تفاوت سه محله در متغيرهاي مساحت واحد مسكوني، تراكم در خانه، تعداد اتاق، قدمت خانه، رضايت از كيفيت منزل، رضايت از محله، امكانات زندگي، هزينه ماهانه و درآمد ماهانه بوده است.در ادامه عوامل موثر بر ميزان رضايت از سكونت و رضايت از مسكن در هر سه سكونتگاه مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته؛ سپس با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن نشان داده شد كه بين ميزان رضايت از سكونت در محله با ميزان رضايت از مسكن ارتباط معناداري وجود دارد.

One of the problems of big cities is the growth and expansion of informal settlements around and within the cities. These settlements absorb populationthat are looking for accessing to services, facilities and relieving of poverty following the conflict among urban _ rural, rich and poor communities. Due to the Inability to provide housing, they are stopped behind the invisible walls of the city. Shiraz as the fifth largest city in Iran is currently experiencing growth’s informal settlements in its margins and center.In this paper, using questionnaires we have extracted physical, economic and social features in three informal settlements in the southwest and southeast fringe and city center. Then this information has been analyzed using of SPSS Vesion16. The Kruskal - Wallis test and the Median were used to show the differences between the three settlements, which represent the differences between three quarters in these variables: residential unit area, density of people in the house, number of rooms, age of building, satisfaction with the quality of house, satisfaction with living in the neighborhood, living facilities, monthly costs and incomes.In addition to the evaluated variables of satisfaction with quality of house, satisfaction with living in the neighborhood in three settlements was also investigated.As the result, the Spearman correlation test has shown a significant relationship between the satisfaction with living in neighborhoods and the satisfaction with the hous
