Comparison of the anti-war literature in works of Erich Maria Remarque and Wolfgang Borchert

آلمان نقش بسزايي در جنگ هاي جهاني اول و دوم داشته است و بيشترين پيامدهاي اين جنگ نيز دامنگير اين كشور بوده است. از اين رو طبيعي است كه جنگ و پديده هاي مرتبط به آن از مضامين مهم در تاريخ ادبيات اين كشور محسوب شود. از جمله نويسندگان بنام كه در ادبيات آلمان با آثار فوق العاده ي خود به شرح جنگ پرداختند اريش ماريا رمارك3 و ولفگانگ بورشرت4 بودند. رمارك و بورشرت توانستند با سبك جديد و ويژه خود تحولي در ادبيات بعد از اين دو جنگ ايجاد كنند. اين دو نويسنده جوان بي رحمي و عاقبت جنگ هاي جهاني را تجربه كرده بودند، بنابراين آن ها موضوع جنگ را در آثار خود از ديدگاه يك سرباز توصيف كردند. موضوع اصلي آثار اين دو نويسنده جنگ، حس بازگشت به وطن و مشكلات آن ها در جامعه ي جديد پس از جنگ است.

Germany has had the greatest roll in the World Wars and most consequences of this war have plagued this country. Therefore it is natural that the war and its related phenomena are the major themes in the history of this country. Among well-known and special authors that in the literary world of Germany with their wonderful works described the war were Erich Maria Remarque and Wolfgang Borchert. After two terrible wars Remarque and Borchert made evolution in the literature with their new and special styles. These two young authors had experienced brutality and consequences of World Wars; therefore they described war issue in their works from the eyes of a soldier. The main theme of the works of these two authors is sense of returning home and problems in the new society after the war.
