بررسي دلايل و انگيزه هاي حضور فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي غيرتربيت بدني در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني، از ديدگاه اساتيد

Investigate the motivations and reasons of non physical education graduatestudents participation in postgraduate physical education course

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي انگيزه ها، دلايل و تاثير حضور فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي غيرتربيت بدني در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني بود. اين پژوهش توصيفي (از نوع پيمايشي) بود كه به روش ميداني و با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش اساتيد دانشكده ها و گروههاي تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي تهران در سال تحصيلي 89-1388 بودند كه تعداد آنها برابر با حدود 110 نفر برآورد شد. نمونه آماري پژوهش 70 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاه هاي تهران، تربيت مدرس، تربيت معلم، علامه طباطبايي و شهيد بهشتي بودند كه با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي انتخاب شدند. در نهايت و پس از جمع آوري پرسشنامه ها، تجزيه و تحليل آماري پژوهش بر روي 46 پرسشنامه انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه با استفاده از روش هاي علمي روايي و اعتبار آنها تاييد شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون هاي آماري تحليل عاملي انجام شد و نشان داد اصلي ترين عامل در خصوص انتخاب گرايش تحصيلي در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد، علاقه مندي دانشجويان به آن گرايش تحصيلي است. پس از آن توصيه هاي اساتيد و نيز علاقه مندي به يك استاد خاص داراي بيشترين اهميت معرفي شدند. همچنين، سهولت قبولي در آزمون رشته تربيت بدني و نيز سهولت ادامه تحصيل تا مقطع دكترا، از جمله مهمترين انگيزه هاي فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي غيرتربيت بدني از حضور در دوره كارشناسي ارشد رشته تربيت بدني بود. با توجه به اينكه حضور فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي ديگر در آزمون كارشناسي ارشد رشته تربيت بدني و قبولي آنان در اين رشته، مشكلاتي را به دنبال دارد؛ به دست اندركاران و برنامه ريزان امر توصيه مي شود، با بررسي تمامي جوانب شرايط را به نحوي به پيش ببرند كه مصالح رشته تربيت بدني به بهترين نحو ممكن لحاظ شده و شايسته ترين افراد از طريق آزمون كارشناسي ارشد، انتخاب شوند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivations and reasons of non physical education graduate students that continued their education in postgraduate physical education course. Research method was descriptive. The statistical society of research was physical education scientific boards of the universities of Tehran that were teaching in 2009-2010 educational courses. The numbers of statistical society were 110. The sample of scientific board was 70 persons that selected randomly from 5 universities (Tehran, Tarbiyat Modares, Tarbiyat Moalem, Allame Tabatabayi and Shahid Beheshti). 46 persons of samples were participated in this research. The research tool was questionnaire that their reliabilities and validities were conformed through the scientific methods. The analysis of data was done with factor analysis test. The results of research were shown that interest was the most important factor to choose the educational disciplines. Teacher advises and interest to a particular teacher was the other important factors. The most important reasons of non physical education graduate students to select the postgraduate physical education course were the ease of postgraduate physical education test and facility of continued the educational course to PhD. We suggest analyzing all aspects of situation and redesigning the postgraduate test and course of physical education, so that selected the most qualified person to studying in postgraduate physical education course.
