اشتغال دانشجويان: رابطه بين شبكه روابط اجتماعي و وضعيت شغلي

The Relationship between University Students’ Job Situation and Social Relationship Network

مقاله حاضر به بررسي رابطه بين شبكه روابط اجتماعي و وضعيت شغلي در ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه‌هاي تهران مي‌پردازد. شبكه روابط اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از مبين‌هاي دسترسي به فرصت‌هاي اجتماعي و از جمله فرصت‌هاي شغلي در نظريات بسياري مطرح گرديده است. از اين جهت بررسي آن در ميان جمعيتي كه ميزان بيكاري آن بنا به گفته صاحب‌نظران بيش از ساير گروه‌هاي تحصيلي است واجد اهميت و ضرورت مي‌گردد. وضعيت شغلي با ابعاد فرصت‌هاي ايجاد شده براي دست‌يابي به مشاغل متناسب با تحصيلات و تخصصي و امكان موفقيت در آن يكي از سازه‌هايي است كه تغييرات آن توسط نظريه‌پردازان شبكه‌هاي روابط اجتماعي مثل لين، بارت و به‌طور خاص و براي اين تحقيق گرانوويتر و ولمن مورد بررسي نظري قرار گرفته است و بدين جهت در اين مقاله مبنا و چارچوب نظري تحقيق را تشكيل مي‌دهد. روش پژوهش در اين مطالعه پيمايش و اطلاعات از طريق پرسش‌نامه از ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه‌هاي تهران، تربيت مدرس و شهيد بهشتي جمع‌آوري شده است. با روش نمونه‌گيري سهميه‌اي و حجم نمونه‌اي با تعداد 210 نفر، متغيرهاي اين پژوهش مورد سنجش قرار گرفته‌اند. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه به‌طور كلي شبكه روابط اجتماعي با وضعيت شغلي دانشجويان داراي رابطه‌اي مثبت است و در اين ميان نقش تعاملات اجتماعي بيش از ساختار، حمايت‌ها و روابط رسمي و غير رسمي مي‌باشد.

The present article investigates the relationship between social relations and job situation among students in Tehran universities Many theories discuss individual social relations as an explanation of access to social opportunities and also to job opportunities. Therefore, this investigation in a population whose unemployment rate, according to the experts, exceeds other groups is of importance. Job situation, defined as opportunity to access the appropriate and technical jobs and possibility of success, is one of the concepts that its variance has been investigated theoretically by theoreticians of individual social network such as Granovetter, Lin, Burt, wellman. Hence, the theoretical framework of this article draws upon the aforementioned theories. In this study, a survey research method was utilized and data were collected through questionnaire from students of Tehran, Tarbiat Modarres and Shahid Beheshti universities. The data were collected through quota sampling method and the sample included 210 students. The findings indicate that social relationships and job situations have a positive relationship and in this case the role of social relationships is more important than relation size and social support.
