The issue of ascribing obligation to God in Ghazi Saʹʹid al-Ghummiʹʹs thought

مساله اسناد انواع وجوب به خداوند متعال، در زمره مباحث مهم در بحث افعال الهي است و مورد اختلاف صاحب‏نظران قرار گرفته است. وجوب مذكور شامل وجوب عنه، وجوب عليه و وجوب سابق مي‏شود. گروهي اسناد وجوب عنه و وجوب عليه به خداوند را صحيح نمي‏دانند. برخي با تفكيك بين «وجوب حاكي از الزام و مولويّت» و «وجوب حاكي از واقعيّت»، معتقدند اسناد نوع اوّل به خداوند صحيح نيست، لكن اسناد نوع دوّم بدون محذور است. اسناد وجوب سابق به افعال الهي نيز مورد انكار گروهي ديگر قرار گرفته است. مقاله حاضر تلاش مي‏كند با بررسي اين مساله در انديشه قاضي سعيد قمي;، ديدگاه وي در اين زمينه را به تصوير بكشد. ايشان بر خلاف مشهور عدليّه و فلاسفه، وجوبات عنه و عليه را منافي اختيار مطلق الهي مي‏داند و نسبت آن به خداي متعال را نمي‏پذيرد.

The problem of ascribing the types of obligation to the Exalted is among the important issues in the discussion of Divine Acts and it has raised controversy among the experts. The mentioned obligation includes the obligation from him, the obligation upon him and the "preceding obligation". A group of scholars do not validate to scribe the "obligation from" and the "obligation upon" to God. Distinguishing between the obligation that signifies commitment and mastery and the obligation that signifies the reality, some scholars believe that scribing the first type to Gad is not permissible while there is no problem with the second type. Scribing the "preceding obligation" to Divine Acts has been denied by another group. Discovering this problem in Ghazi Saʹid al-Ghummiʹs thought, the present article attempts to picture his view in this matter. Contrary to the known theodiceans and philosophers, he considers the "obligation from" and the "obligation upon" as apposite to Godʹs absolute free will, so he rejects scribing them to God.
