ارزيابي فراورده قارچي گرين ماسل ((Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum براي كنترل ملخ كوهان‌دار تاغ Dericorys albidula (Serv.)

Evaluation of fungal product; Green Muscle (Metarhisium anisopliae var. acridum) to control saxaul grasshopper, Dericorys albidula (Serv.) in Iran

تاغ (Haloxylon spp.) به‌عنوان يك گونه‌ي گياهي مقاوم به شرايط خشك و بياباني كشور در تثبيت شن‌هاي روان مورد توجه مي‌باشد. در حال حاضر سطح تاغزارهاي دست‌كاشت كشور 5/1 ميليون هكتار برآورد مي‌گردد. ملخ كوهان‌دار تاغ Dericorys albidula (Serv.) به‌عنوان آفتي تك‌خوار، هرساله خسارت قابل ملاحظه‌اي به تاغزارها وارد مي‌كند. كاربرد تركيبات شيميايي در محدوده‌ي جنگل‌ها و مراتع به دليل حساسيت‌هاي زيست‌محيطي با محدوديت‌هاي ويژه‌اي همراه است، بنابراين فراورده بيولوژيكي Green Muscle شركت BCP كه ماده ي موثره ي آن اسپور قارچ Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum مي‌باشد، براي كنترل ملخ كوهان‌دار تاغ به ميزان 50 گرم در هكتار روي پوره‌هاي ملخ كوهان‌دار تاغ در 2 سال متوالي (1389 و 1390) در قالب طرح آزمايشي كاملاً تصادفي به‌ترتيب با چهار و پنج تكرار در شرايط صحرايي (داخل قفس) در منطقه ابوزيدآباد كاشان و حسين‌آباد قم با سمپاش ULV و الكترواستاتيك، مورد ارزيابي قرارگرفت. از گازوييل به‌عنوان ماده حامل استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه تيمارها در سطح يك درصد با هم اختلاف داشتند. البته بين سمپاش‌ها تفاوت آماري مشاهده نشد. به‌طوري‌كه بيشترين تلفات در سال دوم با سمپاش ULV(98 درصد) و كمترين ميزان تلفات در سمپاش الكترواستاتيك و سال اول (92 درصد) وجود داشت. بنابراين كاربرد اين فرآورده با توجه به كارايي و اختصاصي عمل كردن آن در كنترل اين ملخ در تاغزارها قابل توصيه مي‌باشد.

Haloxylon spp. as a resistant species against dry and desert conditions of Iran has been widely used for sand dune fixation since 1965. Haloxylon plantation areas are estimated more than 1.5 millions hec. Dericorys albidula is a monophagus pest inflicting considerable damage to the forests every year. Application of chemical compounds in forest and range areas has largely criticized in terms of environmental conditions, therefore, Green Muscle (BCP Co. S. Africa) as a biological product (conidia of Metarhisium anisopliae var acridum) were used at the rate of 50 g/hec. to control Dericorys albidula nymphs. during 2 years (2010 and 2011). Two field experiments (screen cages) were conducted in a randomized complete design with 4 and 5 replications in Abuzeid Abad, Kashan and Hossein Abad, Qom respectively ULV and electrostatic sprayers were used with. diesel fuel as carrier was used. Results showed that treatments were statistically different at 0.01% level. Sprayers were not significantly different. Maximum mortality rate (98%) was observed in ULV sprayer and second year, while least mortality rate (92%) was in electrostatic sprayer and in the first year. Thus, taking into account Green Muscles great efficacy and specificity, it exhibit high potential as a selective material against grasshoppers in saxaul plantations.
