شناسايي قارچ (DC.) Speer Blumeria graminis در گرامينه‌هاي مرتعي استان لرستان و معرفي ميزبان‌هاي جديدي براي اين قارچ از استان لرستان و ايران

Identification of Blumeria graminis (DC.) Speer on poaceae range plants and report of new hosts in Lorestan province and Iran

تيره گندميان در ايران 120 جنس دارد كه بيشترين گسترش را در ميان گياهان گل‌دار دارند. اين گياهان در استان لرستان از مهمترين گونه‌هاي مرتعي به‌شمار مي‌روند كه يكي از مهمترين بيماريهاي آنها سفيدك پودري است. در اين تحقيق نمونه هاي مختلفي از گندميان آلوده به سفيدك پودري از مراتع استان لرستان جمع‌آوري گرديد و پس از شناسايي نمونه‌هاي گياهي، اندام‌هاي قارچي عامل بيماري ميكرومتري شد و تمام مشخصات ماكروسكوپيك و ميكروسكوپيك آنها ثبت و با كليدهاي مربوطه تطابق و تمام گونه‌هاي گياهي زير به‌عنوان ميزبان براي قارچ Blumeria graminis (DC.)Speer تشخيص داده شد: **Bromus tectorum L., **Agropyrum podperae Nab., **Agropyrum pertenue (C.A.Mey.) Nevski, *Phalaris minor Retz, **Avena barbata Pott ex link, **Agropyrum elongatiform Drobov, *Aegilops umbellate Zhuk., *Aegilops triuncialis L., **Eremopoa persica (Trin.) Roshev,**Heteranthelium piliferum (Banks and Soland.) Hochst., *Hordeum bulbosum L., **Elymus elongatiformis (Drobov) Assadi, **Aegilops caudate L., *Hordeum geniculatum All., **Hordeum violaceum Boiss. et Huet, *Hordeum marinum Hudson, **Bromus scoparius L., *Bromus danthoniae Trin., *Poa bulbosa L., **Lolium multiflorum Lam., **Lolium rigidum Gaudin, **Bromus Rechingeri Melderis, **Bromus tomentellus Boiss., **Agropyrum trichophorum (Link) Richter, *Hordeum sp., **Aegilops cylindrica Host, *Hordum glaucum Steud., *Hordeum vulgare L. گونه‌هايي كه با علامت يك ستاره و يا دو ستاره مشخص شده‌اند به‌ترتيب گزارش ميزبان جديد اين قارچ براي استان لرستان و يا ايران مي‌باشند.

Poacea family with 120 genera has the widest distribution range among flowering plants in Iran. The family comprises important rangeland plants. One of the most common diseases of the plants is powdery mildew. In this research samples were collected from infected range plants in different localities of Lorestan province. Following determination of host plants, fungi organs were micrometeried. All macroscopic and microscopic characters were recorded and the fungal organs shapes were drawn and microscopic picture taken and compared using appropriate keys. Following species were identified as host plants for the fungus Blumeria graminis (DC.) Speer. Species with one or two asterisk are new record for the province and the country, respectively:**Bromus tectorum L., **Agropyrum podperae Nab. ,**Agropyrum pertenue (C.A.Mey.)
