نيازسنجي آموزشي‏ـ‏توانبخشي خانواده‏هاي كودكان آسيب‏ديده شنوايي خراسان رضوي

Needs assessment training; Rehabilitation of hearing damaged children’s parents in Khorasan Razavi province, Iran

زمينه و هدف: آموزش و توانبخشي مناسب براي كودكان كم‏شنوا، مستلزم سنجش نيازها است، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نيازهاي آموزشي‏ـ‏توانبخشي كودكان آسيب‏ديده شنوايي از منظر والدين به‏عنوان يكي از منابع اطلاعاتي بود. روش بررسي: روش اين پژوهش توصيفي‏ـ‏پيمايشي بود. داده‌ها توسط پرسش‏نامه محقق‏ساخته و با مشاركت 64 نفر از والدين كودكان كم‏شنواي مراكز آموزشي خراسان رضوي گردآوري شد. يافته‏ها: نتايج نشان داد از نظر والدين اجراي برنامه متناسب با ويژگي‏هاي فرزندان، تمايل به مشاركت بيشتر در برنامه و استفاده از آموزش شنيداري/كلامي به‏عنوان يكي از روش‏هاي مناسب مهم‏ترين نيازهاي آموزشي، توانبخشي و مراجع آگاهي‏دهنده به خانواده‏ها، مراكز استثنايي و تبليغات بوده و عدم برخورداري از امكانات مناسب، لجبازي فرزندان و عدم همكاري آنها مهم‏ترين مانع اجراي برنامه‏ها در مركز و منزل و نيز برقراري ارتباط كلامي و گفتار خوب، اولويت اول انتظارات والدين از برنامه آموزشي توانبخشي بود. توسط آزمون كاي دو از بين تمامي نظرات والدين درباره نيازهاي آموزشي و توانبخشي پاسخي كه به‏طور معني‏داري با بقيه تفاوت داشت، مشخص شد(p < 0/05). بين پيشنهادات والدين درباره رفع مشكلات آموزشي كودكان كم‏شنوا تفاوت معني‏داري مشاهده نشد همچنين جنس كودك و سطح تحصيلات والدين تاثير معني‏داري بر نظرات آنها نداشت(p > 0/05). نتيجه‏گيري: لازم است نيازهاي والدين در قالب كارگاه‏هاي آموزشي و مشاوره‏اي بيشتر مدنظر قرار گيرد. تصريح مي‏شود اغلب اين كودكان با روش شنيداري‏ـ‏كلامي آموزش ديده‏اند و نتايج اين مطالعه به اين معني نيست كه روش‏هاي آموزشي و توانبخشي ديگر، فاقد ويژگي‏هاي مورد بررسي هستند.

Background and Aim: Developing appropriate curriculum for the education of deaf children depends on identifying the needs of this group. We aimed to examine educational rehabilitating needs of hearing-impaired children from the point of view of their parents. Methods: In this descriptive survey study, data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire completed by 64 parents of deaf children. Results: Parents expressed that fitness of training with the students in school, willingness to participate in the program, and the use of auditory-verbal therapy as a good way were the main notification preferences to families of hearing-impaired children, exceptional centers, and advertisements. They emphesied that lack of appropriate facilities, childrenʹs pertinacity, and their lack of cooperation prevented the implementation of training programs and curriculum in educational centers and home. Good verbal communication and speech was as the parentsʹ first priority expectation of their child at the end of course. There was a significant difference between parentsʹ opinions about the educational needs and rehabilitation (p < 0.05). No significant difference was seen between the parentsʹ suggestions about educational problems of hearing-impaired children (p > 0.05). Also, there was no significantly association between the gender of child or the educational level of parents with the parentsʹ view. Conclusion: It seems that parents should be supported by training workshops and consulting. Also, most of the children in this study were trained auditory-verbally and the results do not mean that other educational and rehabilitation methods have not the discussed characteristics.
