Chalanges Facing Islamc Revolution in the Age of Globalization and the Nessecity of National Security Policy’s Reform

مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا با مطالعه‌اي اكتشافي و روش توصيفي-تحليلي به كنكاش پيامدهاي جهاني‌شدن بر امنيت ملي پرداخته و سپس با استخراج چالش‌هاي فرهنگي پيش روي انقلاب اسلامي متاثر از اين پديده به ارايه راهكارها و توصيه‌هاي سياستي بپردازد. مفروض مقاله اين است در عصر جهاني‌شدن با تكثر قدرت در حوزه‌هاي سياسي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، تكنولوژيك و دانش فني، امنيت نيز داراي تعريف و ماهيتي چند بعدي شده است. همچنين، مقاله نتيجه گيري مي‌گيرد كه در عصر جهاني‌شدن، انقلاب اسلامي ايران با تركيب تازه‌اي از تهديدهاي امنيتي روبرو است و لذا ضروري است در سياست‌هاي امنيتي خويش تجديد نظر نمايد. مسايل امنيتي جديد از جنسي ديگرگونه خواهد بود و سياستگذاري امنيتي مرسوم قادر به پاسخگويي به چالش‌هاي امنيتي نوين نخواهد بود. مسايلي نظير غرب‌گرايي جوانان، قوميت‌گرايي، جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي جديد، جامعه شبكه‌اي، جنگ نرم و بحران هويت از جمله موضوعات و چالش‌هاي امنيتي جديد هستند كه براي مواجهه با آن‌ها نياز به اتخاذ نسل نويني از سياست‌هاي كلان امنيتي هستيم كه ما آن‌را سياستگذاري امنيتي فرهنگ مي‌ناميم.

Security has been one of the main concerns of governments and policy preferences up to now. Today, although, security is getting complicated, contradicting, and confusing phenomenon it is undoubtly, rooted in the complicated and vague trends of globalization. Unlike the past, security in the sphere of the globalization has many dimensions and definitions functioning the political, social, cultural, economical, and technological aspects of power. The article, is going to identify the issues of globalization on national security, using the experimental data-gathering and discriptive-analytical methode and then is going to present the policy recommendations. Conclusion of this article shows Iran facing new kinds of security challenges at the age of globalization so it must review its security policy-making, Issues like youth problems, ethnicity, new social movements, soft war, identity, and cultural aggression are some of these new kind of security challanges which needs developing and implemeting the new generation of security policies named “cultural-security policy”.
