الگوي مديريت توسعه بر مبناي ارزش هاي اسلامي: سيري درديدگاه هاي امام خميني(ره)

Development Administration Pattern By Islamic Values: Investigation of Ayatollah Khomeiniʹʹs Viewpoints

از آنجا كه هر جامعه اي براي توسعه مادي و معنوي خود نيازمند الگويي منحصر به فرد مبتني بر ارزش هاي حاكم بر جامعه است و امام خميني(ره) به عنوان پايه گذار نظام مقدس اسلامي ، اولين تجربه عملي مديريت توسعه مبتني بر ارزش هاي اسلامي را به منصه ظهور رسانيد؛ پژوهشي در خصوص مديريت توسعه از ديدگاه امام خميني(ره) با استفاده از مجموعه 22 جلدي صحيفه امام (ره)انجام شده كه مقاله حاضر برگرفته از نتايج علمي-كاربردي آن است. در اين مقاله ابتدا بيان مسيله، اهميت و ضرورت موضوع، اهداف، روش پژوهش ، قلمرو پژوهش و كليات پژوهش تشريح گرديده ، سپس مروري كلي بر ادبيات علمي مديريت توسعه شده و در بخش اصلي مقاله، يافته هاي پژوهشي در قالب مدل علمي-كاربردي طراحي و به تفصيل مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفته است. ابتدا مفهوم توسعه، ارتباط دين و توسعه، مفروضات توسعه، نقش هاي مديريت دولتي در توسعه، ابعاد توسعه مديريت، برنامه ريزي توسعه و تقدم و تاخر كاركردهاي توسعه از ديدگاه امام خميني(ره) تبيين و تشريح گرديده و سپس مديريت توسعه فرهنگي، اقتصادي و سياسي از ديدگاه امام (ره) به تفكيك مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است.

Since every society requires a unique pattern based upon its dominant values for multi dimensional development and, ayatollah, Khomeini as the great founder of a holy Islamic community has realized the first practical experience of development administration thru Islamic values, a survey has been carried out about ayatollah Khomeiniʹs viewpoints on development administration with respect to his 22 volume book collection which the present article is derived from the scientific-applied results of the survey. In this article first with an introduction on the issue, we had described its significance, research goals، research methodology and territory and essential topics of the survey، and then we had an overall glance on scientific literature of development administration، and in the main section of the article, survey findings، which is designed in a scientific-applied structure is being discussed in detail. First the concept of development association of religion and development, hypotheses of development public administration roles in development، management development dimensions، development planning, and development functions priorities from ayatollah Khomeiniʹs viewpoints is described and then management of cultural, economic and political development from Ayatollah Khomeiniʹs viewpoints is being analyzed separately.
