توسعه يك سيستم خبره جديد براي كنترل آماري فرايند در صنايع توليدي

Development of a new expert system for statistical process control in manufacturing industry

با عنايت به مزاياي يك سيستم خبره بعنوان زير مجموعه اي از هوش مصنوعي جهت تقليد از رفتار افراد خبره درارايه راه حل و اهميت ويژه كنترل آماري فرايند در صنايع توليدي، در اين مقاله ضمن بررسي سيستم هاي خبره، يك مدل جديد براي كنترل آماري فرايند توسعه داده شده است. ويژگي بارز اين مدل ايجاد حوزه هاي تشخيص بحراني بودن فرايند و بحراني بودن مشخصه كيفي دركنار حوزه هاي موجود ساير سيستم ها شامل حوزه ويژگي نمودار كنترل، نوع نمودار كنترل، نحوه نمونه گيري، پايداري فرايند، قابليت فرايند و بهبود فرايند و اقدام اصلاحي مي باشد. از ديگر ويژگيهاي برجسته اين مدل، استخراج حدود 124 قاعده به عنوان دانش نهفته در حوزه ها از منابع مختلف است. اين سيستم با استفاده از نرم افزار VP EXPERTتهيه شده و به جهت اعتبار سنجي در چند فرايند از صنايع توليدي اجرا شده كه نتايج حاصله نشان دهنده موثر بودن سيستم پيشنهادي مي باشد.

Abstract: Considering the advantages of an expert system as a subset of artificial intelligence for simulating the behavior of an expertise in how to suggest a solution and moreover particular importance of statistical process control in the manufacturing industry, in this paper in addition to investigate the expert system (ES), a new expert system for statistical process control (ESSPC) has been developed. The specific features of this system can be counted as recognition of the critical process and critical characteristic quality besides of other domains of the system, as specification of control chart, type of control chart, sampling, process stability, process capability, process improvement and corrective actions.The other significant feature of this system is extracting about 124 rules of different sources as the abstracted knowledge in various domains. This system has been created by VP Expert software .In order to evaluate of the validity, this system is implemented in several process of manufacturing industry and the results show the efficiency of the system.
