Determining the effective Indicators in Measurement of the Employees’ effectiveness Case Study of Inspection of NAJA

در اين تحقيق تلاش‌ شده است كه شاخصهاي مربوط به بهره‌وري نيروي انساني در بازرسي ناجا شناسايي، و ابعاد اصلي تشكيل دهنده آن تعيين شود. بدين منظور پس از مصاحبه با مديران و كارشناسان مربوط در بازرسي كل، شاخصها شناسايي شد. در مرحله بعد پرسشنامه‌اي طراحي، و بين كاركنان توزيع گشت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي تاييدي مورد تجزيه‌و تحليل قرار گرفت و شاخصهاي نهايي كه مي‌بايد در سنجش بهره‌وري مورد استفاده قرار گيرد، تعيين شدند؛ سپس ابعاد مربوط به بهره‌وري نيروي انساني با استفاده از اين تحليلها مشخص شد. نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌تواند در توسعه سيستمهاي سنجش بهره‌وري كمك زيادي كند و در ارزيابي عملكرد سازماني مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Abstract I n this study it is tried to identify the related indicator of human recourse profit in NAJA’s Inspection and determine its main dimensions. In order to do so after interview with the managers and related experts in Inspection, the indicators have been identified. In the next step a questionnaire has been designed and distributed among the employees. The Data using approving- analytical way have been analyzed and evaluated and the final indicators have been used in measurement of the profit. Then the related dimension of the profit of human resource by using these analyses have been determined. The results of the study show that 4 dimensions of effectiveness, committment, cooperation and problem solving are important factors in human resource profit. this study can be a great help in development of effectiveness measurment systems and be used in evaluation of organizational performance.
