بررسي پيامدهاي حاصل از توسعه فناوري توليد و استفاده از سوخت هاي گياهي در مقايسه با سوخت هاي فسيلي

The study of technology development issues obtained by the production and use of biofuels compared to the fossil ones

استفاده روز افزون از سوخت هاي فسيلي، افزايش انتشار گازهاي گلخانه اي، افزايش قيمت محصولات نفتي، افزايش صنعتي سازي دنيا و كاهش ذخاير موجود اين سوخت ها باعث شده تا دانشمندان به دنبال يافتن سوختي مناسب براي جايگزين نمودن سوخت هاي فسيلي باشند. سوخت هاي گياهي به خاطر منابع زياد و تجديدپذير بودن منابع و كاهش آلودگي، جايگزين مناسبي براي سوخت هاي فسيلي عنوان شده اند. در اين راستا، بسياري از كشورهاي دنيا از جمله كشور برزيل و آمريكا به صورت عمده در حال توليد و استفاده از اين سوخت ها هستند و اكثر كشورهاي دنيا براي توليد و استفاده از اين سوخت ها برنامه ريزي و هدفگذاري نموده اند. البته توليد و استفاده از سوخت هاي گياهي در مقايسه با سوخت هاي فسيلي مزايا، معايب و پيامدهاي مختلفي به همراه دارد. در اين مقاله، ضرورت توجه به توليد و استفاده از اين سوخت ها به همراه مزايا و معايب و پيامدهاي مختلف آن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در نهايت، با بيان ضرورت و اهميت توليد و استفاده از اين سوخت ها، معيارهاي مختلف براي مقايسه اين دو سوخت در جهت برنامه ريزي و هدفگذاري براي توليد و استفاده از اين سوخت ها مشخص شده اند. با توجه به وجود معيارهاي مختلف جهت مقايسه ي اين دو سوخت و گزينه هاي مختلف جهت هدفگذاري، ضرورت دارد كه از تكنيك هاي تصميم گيري چندمعياره براي مقايسه اين دو نوع سوخت استفاده شود تا هدفگذاري مناسبي براي كشورهايي كه در اين زمينه به طور جدي برنامه ريزي نكرده اند (ازجمله ايران) انجام شود.

Increasing use of fossil fuels, greenhouse gas emissions increase, the rise of oil prices, world industrialization growth, and the reduction of the present fuel resources have led scientist to look for their alternatives. The huge, renewable biofuels resources with less pollution are considered as the viable ones. In this regard, many countries such as U.S. A. and Brazil are mainly producing and using these fuels now, and many others have planned and set targets to do so. Of course, the production and use of these fuels compared to fossil ones have several advantages, disadvantages and outcomes. In this paper, the necessity of paying attention to the production, and the use of these fuels are discussed along with the advantages, disadvantages, and their consequences. Finally, by explaining the necessity and importance of the production and the use of these fuels, various criteria are specified for comparing these two kinds of fuels in planning and goal setting in this respect. Considering the presence of different criteria for comparison, and different options for goal setting, it is necessary to use the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques to compare these two fuels in order to set the suitable target for the countries (including Iran) which have not planned in this area seriously.
