بررسي عوامل اجتماعي مرتبط با سازگاري زناشويي در بين معلمان متاهل مدارس راهنمايي شهر مرند

Studying the social factors related to marital compatibility among married teachers of secondary schools in Marand

هدف اين پژوهش، تعيين عوامل اجتماعي مرتبط با ميزان سازگاري زناشويي است. خانواده نخستين و منحصر به فرد ترين نهاد اجتماعي است كه سلامت و موفقيت جامعه مرهون پويايي و رضايت‌مندي اعضاي آن است. سازگاري زناشويي حالتي است كه طي آن زن و شوهر از ازدواج با يكديگر و با هم بودن احساس شادماني و رضايت‌مندي نموده و بدون شك يكي از عوامل بسيار مهم و حياتي اين رضايت-مندي، ميزان سازگاري زوجين در ارتباط با عوامل اجتماعي است. محقق با هدف شناخت رابطه عوامل اجتماعي (طول مدت نامزدي، طول مدت ازدواج، سن معلمان هنگام ازدواج، پاي بندي به اعتقادات ديني، پايگاه اجتماعي، نسبت خويشاوندي، نحوه آشنايي با همسر، نحوه گذران اوقات مشترك) با ميزان سازگاري زناشويي در بعد نظري ازنظريه‌هاي نيازهاي مازلو، همسان ‌همسري برگس و طول مدت ازدواج ميشل آندره براي تبيين روابط متغيرهاي پژوهش بهره جسته است. روش تحقيق، پيمايش از نوع همبستگي بوده و جامعه آماري آن معلمان متاهل مدارس راهنمايي در شهر مرند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي متناسب با حجم نمونه 230 زوج به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند، مي باشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه مقياس سازگاري زوجين گراهام ‌اسپينر و اريك ‌اي ‌فيلسينگر است. داده‌هاي حاصل شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت و به منظور آزمون فرضيه‌ها؛ متناسب با سطوح سنجش متغيرها از آزمون‌ مقايسه ميانگين، T مستقل، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل واريانس يك طرفه استفاده گرديده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه سازگاري زناشويي در بين افراد مورد مطالعه برابر 51/15± 41/80 بود. اختلاف معني‌داري بين عواملي چون نسبت خويشاوندي، گذران اوقات مشترك، پايگاه اجتماعي و پاي بندي به اعتقادات ديني با سازگاري زناشويي وجود دارد (05/0 < P).

Aim of this study is to identify the social factors related to marital compatibility. Family is the first and the most exclusive social institute in a way that success and dynamism of a society is based on family member’s satisfaction. Marital compatibility is a state in which the wife and husband feel satisfaction and happiness from their marriage. One of the vital factors related to couple’s satisfaction and happiness is the relationship between their martial compatibility and social factor. Aiming to identify the social factors (duration of engagement, duration of marriage, the teacher’s age at the time of marriage, adherence to religious believes, kinships, social status, way of familiarity with the wife, way of passing the time together) and the couple’s compatibility, the researcher used the Maslow’s, Burgess’ and Michel Andres’ marriage duration theories in order to explain the correlation between these variables. The methodology is survey and the statistical population includes the married teachers in secondary schools of Marand. The samples who were 250 couples were chosen through stratified sampling method. The spinner’s couple compatibility scale and Graham Filisinger were the measurement tools. The data analyzed through SPSS software. In order to test the hypothesis, independent T, Pearson Correlation test, variance analysis and ANOVA were used. Results of the study show that the marital compatibility rate was 80.41 and 15.51. There was a significant difference between factors such as kinship, passing the leisure time together, social status, adherence to religious believes and marital compatibility.
