اسكان و تحولات اقتصادي – اجتماعي جامعه عشايري نمونه: كانون آواز در شهرستان درميان

Settlement and the economic-social development of tribesʹʹ community (The Inhabitant Tribes Family at Avaz Club in Darmian County)

چكيده يكي از راهبردهاي توسعه ساز در متن جامعه عشايري، اسكان است. كانون آواز در شهرستان درميان به عنوان يكي از كانون هايي است كه بخشي از عشاير خراسان جنوبي در ابتدا به طور خودجوش در آن اسكان يافته اند. در اين مقاله سعي شده است تا به بررسي تحولات اقتصادي – اجتماعي جامعه عشايري پس از اسكان اشاره شود و در آن، با رويكردي توصيفي – تحليلي و مبتني بر دو روش اسنادي و پيمايشي به مطالعه عشاير اسكان يافته پرداخته شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه مشتمل بر 150 خانوار عشايري ساكن در كانون آواز بوده كه از ميان آنان تعداد 85 خانوار با كمك فرمول كوكران به عنوان حجم نمونه تعيين و از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده، انتخاب شدند. ضريب پايايي پرسش نامه مورد استفاده به كمك روش تصنيف 86/0 به دست آمد. يافته ها نشان داد علي رغم بهبود در شاخص هاي كلان اقتصادي و اجتماعي، در بعد اقتصادي دسترسي به غذا، داراي بيشترين تحولات مثبت بوده است اما پارامترهايي هم چون درآمد و پس انداز رشد قابل ملاحظه اي نداشته است. در بعد اجتماعي نيز شاخص باسوادي جامعه ارتقا يافته اما به لحاظ كيفيت و كاربردي نمودن آن، تحول چشمگيري نمي توان يافت. به علاوه اسكان در بعد جريان فضايي جمعيت به سكويي براي مهاجرت جوانان به كانون هاي شهري تبديل شده است. واژگان كليدي: توسعه عشاير، اسكان، كانون آواز، درميان.

Abstract Settlement is one of the developmental strategies in tribes’ community. The Inhabitant Tribes Family at Avaz Club in Darmian County is one of the clubs that at the first time, some southern khorasan tribes have inhabitated automatically in it. In this paper, we have tried to present the economic – social transformation and investigation in the tribesʹ community after their settling and to study the condition of the settled tribes with descriptive –analytic method based on the two methods such as document – measurement. The studied community number included 150 inhabitant tribes family at Avaz club that among them about 85 families was specified and was measured by Cookaran formula as a volume and were selected by simple casual sampling. Perpetual struck or asking by Tasnif method was measured 86%. Results showed that in spite of the improving of the economical and social macro indexes and from economical dimension of food availability, the most positive progresses has been acquired but the other parameters like savings and incomes didn’t gain remarkable grows. Also from social dimension, the literacy index has been progressed but there is not any valuable progress from qualitative and functional aspect. In addition, the settlement in dealing with the aspects of population transformation, turned as a platform to the migration of the young people to the centers of the big cites.
