بررسي تفاوت وضعيت موجود و مطلوب كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده در دانشكده‌هاي پرديس فني و علوم انساني دانشگاه تهران

Surveying Differences of Available and Desired Pragmatic Conditions of Learning Organizations Components in Pardis Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Humanities in University of Tehran

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي تفاوت وضعيت موجود و مطلوب كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده در دانشكده هاي پرديس فني و علوم انساني دانشگاه تهران انجام گرفته است. به اين منظور تعداد 200 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي متناسب با حجم، انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بين آن‌ها به اجرا درآمد. پرسشنامه حاضر داراي 48 گويه و هفت مولفه؛ چشم انداز مشترك، رهبري، اشتراك دانش، يادگيري تيمي، تفكر سيستمي، مدل‌هاي ذهني و قابليت هاي فردي بود كه هريك از اين مولفه ها، برمبناي وضعيت موجود و مطلوب و بر اساس طيف پنج درجه اي ليكرت، نمره گذاري مي شدند. روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و پايايي آن توسط آلفاي كرونباخ مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري تي مستقل و تي وابسته، مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و يافته هاي مربوط به تفاوت بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب سازمان يادگيرنده، حاكي از آن است كه تنها در دانشكده هاي علوم پايه مهندسي ومهندسي نقشه كشي، اين تفاوت معنادار نبوده و تفاوتي بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب كاربست مولفه‌هاي سازمان يادگيرنده، وجود نداشته است. در عوض بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده در ديگر دانشكده هاي پرديس فني و علوم انساني دانشگاه تهران، تفاوت معنادار وجود داشته و اين دانشكده ها تا تحقق سازمان يادگيرنده، فاصله معنادار داشته‌اند. علاوه بر اين بين پرديس فني و پرديس علوم انساني نيز تنها در مولفه هاي چشم انداز مشترك و قابليت هاي فردي، تفاوت معنادار وجود داشته و در بقيه مولفه ها، تفاوت معناداري مشاهده نشده است.

This study has been conducted aiming to surveying differences of available and desired pragmatic conditions of learning organizations components in Pardis faculty of engineering and faculty of humanities in University of Tehran. For this purpose, 200 faculty members were selected through stratified sampling in proportion to the population and the questionnaire made was conducted. The available questionnaire was made of 48 statements and 7 components; shared vision, leadership, knowledge sharing, team learning, system thinking, mental models, and individual capabilities which each of them were graded based on available and desired conditions and according to Likert 5 point scale. Justifiability of questionnaire and its durability were respectively approved by expertsʹ opinion and Cronbach alpha. Obtained data were tested by independent and dependent t-tests and findings related to difference of available and desired conditions of learning organization indicates that just in Science College and planning engineering this difference was meaningless and there was no difference between available and desired pragmatic conditions of learning organizations. In contrast, there was meaningful relation between available and desired conditions of learning organizations components in other colleges of Pardis faculty of engineering and faculty of humanities in University of Tehran and these colleges were far from realization of learning organization. In addition, findings showed that there was meaningful difference between Pardis faculty of engineering and faculty of humanities in University of Tehran in regards to shared vision and individual capabilities and there were not significant differences in other components and features.
