Explanation of Culture Globalization Outcomes on Educational and Scientific Objectives of High Schools in Iran

پژوهش حاضر به تبيين پيامدهاي جهاني شدن فرهنگ بر اهداف آموزش و پرورش ايران با تاكيد بر اهداف علمي و آموزشي دوره متوسطه مي پردازد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و از نوع تحليل اسنادي بوده است.جهت گردآوري داده هاي لازم براي سوال هاي تحقيق، كليه منابع و مراجع مرتبط با استفاده از فرم گردآوري داده ها تحليل و يافته ها به شيوه كيفي، تحليل شده است . جهاني شدن فرهنگ براي آموزش متوسطه ايران، پيامدهايي به دنبال دارد كه در انطباق با اهداف سيزده گانه علمي و آموزشي دوره مذكور قابل توجه است. يافته‌ها مبين پيامدهايي چون؛ كاهش ارزش زمان گذشته و افزايش ارزش زمان حال، پديده بي‌سوادي مدرن، پديده آموزش هاي ناهمسان، عدم همراهي ذهنيات با عينيات، رشد آموزش زبان خارجي، تدريس فعال، تغيير در روش آموزش از رقابتي به مشاركتي،‌ نقش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در يادگيري فعال، تاثير فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر آموزش و پرورش و كاربرد فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در تبادلات بين المللي و بين فرهنگي است. مجموعه پيامدهاي مذكور به صور گوناگون با ماهيت اهداف علمي و آموزشي دوره متوسطه ايران از جمله؛ مهارت در استفاده از ابزارهاي جديد ارتباطي، مهارت‌هاي لازم براي زندگي و كار در جامعه، توانايي برقراري ارتباط با ديگران از طريق آشنايي با زبان خارجي، به كار گرفتن فن آوري هاي مناسب علمي، توانايي انتخاب شغل با توجه به نيازهاي خود و جامعه، توانايي در هدايت جريان يادگيري خود و آشنايي عملي با روش‌هاي تحقيق، تفكر و مباحثه، متناسب و همسو است.

This study focuses on explanation and investigation of culture globalization outcomes on educational and scientific objectives of high schools in Iran. Research method is descriptive (attributive). For gathering data required for questions of research, all related resources were analyzed by data gathering form and findings were analyzed in quantitative method. Globalization of culture has some outcomes for secondary education in Iran which is considerable according to thirteen-fold educational objectives. Findings show outcomes such as decrease of value of past time, increase of present time value, modern illiteracy, dissimilar education and training, nonoccurrence of mentalities and realities, growth of foreign language teaching, active teaching, change of education method from competitive to participatory, role of information technology and communication in active learning, role of information technology and communication in education, and role of information technology and communication in international and intercultural interactions and exchanges. All of above-mentioned outcomes are in different ways in accordance with nature of educational and scientific objectives of high school education system including having skills in use of modern communication tools, required skills for living and working in the society, ability to make communication with others through foreign languages, applying appropriate scientific technologies, ability in choosing job based on self and society needs, ability in control of own learning process and practical introduction with methods of research, thought, and discussion.
