اثر تيمارهاي درجه‌ حرارت و عمر بذر در شكستن خواب و ويژگيهاي جوانه‌زني بذر كرفس معطر بختياري Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff.))

Effects of temperature and seed aged on seed dormancy breaking and germination characteristics of Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff.

مقدمه و هدف: كرفس كوهي يا كِلُوس (‏Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff.‎‏) يكي از گياهان مرتعي و دارويي خانواده‌ي چتريان و بومي دامنه‌ي رشته ‏كوه‌هاي زاگرس است كه متاسفانه به علت برداشت غيرمجاز در معرض انقراض مي‌باشد. به منظور شكستن خواب و ارزيابي ‏اثر تيمارهاي مختلف طي يك آزمايش فاكتوريل در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي بر بذور منطقه‌ي سر آقاسيد از توابع استان ‏چهارمحال و بختياري سه دماي 4، 8 و 22 درجه‌ي سانتي-گراد و اثر سال در دو سطح، مربوط به سال‌هاي متوالي 1388 و 1389 ‏در 4 تكرار در دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه شهركرد انجام شد. روش تحقيق: در اين آزمايش ويژگي‌هاي نظير ميزان جوانه‌زني، طول و قطر ريشه‌چه، محور زير لپه و دم برگ و هم-چنين طول و عرض ‏برگ لپه‌اي در 100 روز پس از كاشت مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. ‏ميانگين صفات حاصل از تيمارهاي مختلف به روش LSD و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري SAS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج و بحث: نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان جوانه‌زني به‌طور بسيار معني‌داري (0.01?p) تحت تاثير دما و سال و اثر متقابل اين دو عامل قرار گرفت؛ به‌طوري كه بالاترين ميزان جوانه‌زني مربوط به 4 درجه‌ي سانتي گراد بوده و در 22 درجه‌ي سانتي گراد جوانه‌زني مشاهده نشد. هم چنين از لحاظ تاثير سال، جوانه‌زني در بذور مربوط به سال 1388 رخ داد و بذور مربوط به سال 1390 نيز جوانه‌زني صورت نگرفت. مقايسه ميانگين صفات در درجه‌ حرارت ? و ? درجه سانتي گراد نشان داد به جز جوانه‌زني ساير صفات دماي 8 درجه‌ي سانتي گراد ميزان بالاتري را نشان دادند، هر چند تنها دو صفت طول و عرض برگ به طور معني‌داري (0.01?p) در درجه‌ حرارت ? درجه سانتي گراد بيشتر بود. توصيه كاربردي/ صنعتي: با توجه به اين كه مهم‌ترين دليل كاهش پراكنش اين گياه طول دوره خواب بذر مي‌باشد، لذا استفاده از نتايج اين تحقيق به كوتاه كردن جوانه زني و در نتيجه اهلي كردن اين گياه دارويي كمك خواهد نمود.

Background & Aim: Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff. (Apiaceae) is one of the medicinal plants and endemic in Zagros Mountains, Iran, which unfortunately due to illegal harvest is endangered. In order to break dormancy and to evaluation of effect of different treatments on traits a factorial experiment base on completely randomized design was created on the seed zone Sar-aghaseyed functions in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province, in four replications in Faculty of Agriculture, Shahrekord University, Iran. The treatments were included three temperatures 4, 8 and 22 °C and years in the successive years 2009 and 2010. Experimental: In this experiment, germination characteristics, rootlet length and diameter, hypocotyls, and petiole, and also leaf length and width were recorded 100 days after planting. The results indicated germination was affected significantly (p < 0.01) by temperature, year and interaction of these two factors. The highest germination was related to the 4 °C degrees, however at 22 °C the seeds did not germinate. Furthermore, the seeds of 2009 were germinated, but the seeds related to 2010 did not germinate. Results & Discussion: The traits means comparison of 4 °C and 8 °C degreases indicated all the traits were expressed better in 8 °C degrees with the exception of germination, However leaf length and width were significantly (p < 0.01) higher in 8 °C. According to that the most important reason for reduction of this plant is the period of seed dormancy, so using the results of this research will help to reduction the period of seed dormancy and thus expansion of this medicinal plant. Industrial and Practical Recommendations: Since the most important reason in decreasing the percentage of this plant is the rate of sleep duration of seed, using the findings of this research can help to decrease the duration of germination and, as a result, to domesticate this kind of medicinal plant.
