كالبدشكافي جنگ نرم براساس «مدل كاركردي قدرت نرم» غلامرضا سلگي? تاريخ دريافت: 20/11/91 تاريخ پذيرش: 10/2/92 چكيده از جمله حوزه‌هاي مورد مناقشه نرم بين جمهوري اسلامي و نظام سلطه، پديده‌اي نوين و پيچيده به نام «جنگ نرم» و مفاهيم مرتبط با آن است. برخلاف ميل كساني كه مي‌پندارند جنگ نرم موضوعيت عيني ندارد، باور ما اين است كه انقلاب اسلامي با جنگ نرم همه‌جانبه و بس عميق و فراگيري روبه‌روست كه بايد از زواياي گوناگون مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. واقعيت اين است كه نظام سلطه، همه يافته‌ها و بافته‌هاي خود را كه طي قرن‌ها فراهم آورده است در برابر پديده مقدس جمهوري اسلامي در معرض خطر مي‌بيند و خود به وضوح مي‌داند كه تمام سحر و جادوهاي انباشته و آشكار شده‌اش ديگر كارساز نخواهد بود؛ ولي با وجود اين از تلاش دست نخواهد كشيد و به صورتي مداوم و پيوسته در جنگ تمام عيار خود، چهره و شيوه‌هاي متفاوتي از خود بروز مي‌دهد تا شايد بتواند همچنان سيطره خود را بر جهان كنوني حفظ نمايد. در مقابل، انقلاب اسلامي نيز كه نمود عيني و تجربه شده آن را در نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران شاهد هستيم، دست بسته نخواهد بود و با پيام خود مي‌تواند عقل و قلب انسان‌ها را به اقناع و نه اغوا با خود همراه سازد و راه را براي نظم و اداره نوين جهاني همسو با آموزه‌هاي اسلامي و فطرت الهي انسان‌ها هموار سازد. در اين مقاله، نگارنده با مطالعه اسنادي، ميداني و همچنين تجزيه و تحليل منابع كتابخانه‌اي و به بوته نقد گزاردن يافته‌هاي ارايه شده نزد تعدادي از صاحب نظران در قالب «مدل كاركردي قدرت نرم»،‌ فرآيند شكل‌گيري جنگ نرم را با نگاهي متفاوت از قبل، ارايه و مفاهيم جديدي نظير «قدرت نرم مشروع و نامشروع» و «بازدارندگي نرم» را به گنجينه غنيِ ادبيات انقلاب اسلامي اضافه نموده است. كليدواژه‌ها: نرم، قدرت نرم، قدرت نرم مشروع، قدرت نرم نامشروع، فرآيند شكل‌گيريِ جنگ نرم، بازدارندگي نرم، دفاع نرم

Anatomy of Soft War Based on a "Functional Model of Soft Power" Gholamreza Solgi Lecturer and Researcher, Imam Hussein (a.s.) University for Training Military Officers and Guards Among the areas of soft dispute between the Islamic Republic and the hegemonic system is a new and complex phenomenon called "soft war" and the concepts associated with it. In contrast to those who think that soft war does not really exist, we believe that the Islamic Revolution is faced with a multilateral, profound and wide-ranging soft war which has to be examined from different angles. The fact is that the hegemonic system feels all that it has gained during the centuries is being endangered by a holy phenomenon called the Islamic Republic and they clearly know that all their covert and overt witchcraft will no longer work. In spite of this, they will not quit their attempts and will constantly carry on their full-fledged hostility using novel techniques and wearing new masks so that they may maintain their dominance over the world. However, the Islamic Revolution, whose manifestation is observed in the Islamic Republic of Iran, will not have its hands tied and, with its message, will attract the minds and hearts of people by persuasion, not by enticement, and will pave the way for the new world order and administration relying on the Islamic teachings and the Divine nature of humans. In this article, following a documentary and field study, analyzing library resources and offering his findings in the form of "the functional model of soft power" to a number of experts to be criticized, the author looks at the process of soft war formation from a different angle and adds some new concepts such as "legitimate and illegitimate soft power " and "soft deterrence" to the rich literature of the Islamic Revolution.
