تاثيرات تغييرات جمعيت؛مقياس اقتصاد و فناوري بر فرايند رشد اقتصادي

T The Effects of Population Changes, the Scale of Economy and Technology on the Process of Economic Growth

از جمله متغيرهاي بسيار موثر براي توضيح تفاوت نرخ رشد اقتصادي در ميان كشورهاي مختلف، سطح و ميزان تغييرات جمعيت هر اقتصاد است. اهميت مبحث در نظريه‌ها و مدل‌هاي رشد اقتصادي، بدين‌سبب است كه در همه فعاليت‌هايي كه در قلمرو علم اقتصاد قرار مي‌گيرد، انسان در جايگاه عنصر اصلي و پايه‌اي مطرح است؛ زيرا همه فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، اعم از توليد كالاها، مصرف، سرمايه‌گذاري، كشف ايده‌هاي جديد و تربيت انسان جديد براي انجام اين فعاليت‌ها و... الزاماً به حضور و وجود انسان نياز دارد. پژوهش پيش‌رو، در پي تحليل اين موضوع است كه در اقتصادهاي جديد كه بيش از پيش متكي به دانش و انباشت آن و پيشرفت فناوري شده‌اند، نتايج مثبت و مزيت‌هاي ناشي از وجود جمعيت بزرگ‌تر در يك كشور، چگونه مي‌تواند نمايان شود. افزون بر اين، براي شكوفا شدن اين نتايج، ايجاد چه زمينه‌هايي لازم است. همچنين در اين پژوهش، نخست با تبيين يك مدل، اثر جمعيت بزرگ‌تر بر توانايي يك اقتصاد را براي كشف ايده‌ها و توليدات جديد نشان مي‌دهيم و در مدل دوم، مزيت يك اقتصاد با مقياس بزرگ‌تر را براي گسترش نوآوري‌ها در گستره اقتصاد تصوير مي‌كنيم. نتايج به‌دست‌ آمده از اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه هر اقتصادي براي توانايي در كشف ايده‌هاي جديد در بلندمدت، ضرورتاً احتياج به جمعيت بزرگ‌تر دارد. افزون بر اين، وجود مقياس بزرگ‌تر يك اقتصاد و بازار بزرگ‌تر نيروي كار، سبب مي‎شود كه نوآوري در شيوه‌هاي توليد، سريع‌تر در گستره اقتصاد انتشار يابد و با اين روش نرخ رشد اقتصادي، با شتاب بيشتري در زمان رشد يابد.

The level and rate of population changes in each economy is one of the very influential variables in explaining the different rate of economic growth among different countries. The reason why this issue is important in the theories and models of economic growth is that man is considered as the main and basic elements in all activities included in the domain of economics because all economic activities including goods production, consumption, investment, discovery of new ideas and educating modern man certainly requires manʹs presence. The present paper seeks to analyze the following questions: how the positive results and merits resulted from a greater population in a country can be realized in modern economies which are increasingly relied on science, its accumulation and technological progress? And what grounds are necessary for the realization of these results? Furthermore, this paper proves the effect of greater population on the ability of an economy to discover new ideas and products by elaborating on a model. Then it depicts the superiority of an economy with larger scale to develop innovations in the domain of economy in a second model. The research findings indicate that any economy certainly needs larger population to discover new ideas in long term. In addition, the larger scale of an economy and larger labor force cause the innovation in production methods to distribute rapidly in the domain of economy and this method causes the rate of economic growth to develop more rapidly in time
