كيفيت روابط ميان فرهنگي در جامعه ايران و عوامل موثر بر آن ابراهيم حاجياني ، آزيتا اخلاقي تاريخ دريافت: 2/2/91، تاريخ تاييد: 26/5/91 چكيده يكي از مشخصه‌هاي مهم جامعه ايراني كثرت و تنوع فرهنگي است و به همين جهت توجه به موضوع ارتباطات ميان‌ فرهنگي و تلاش براي فهم و تشخيص عوامل موثر بر بروز تنش و اختلافات ميان فرهنگي ضروري مي‌باشد. لذا در اين مقاله پس از بررسي جايگاه مفهومي و خاستگاه علمي روابط بين فرهنگي و نظريه‌‌هاي، مهم‌ترين روش‌هاي سنجش روابط ميان فرهنگي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته شده است. از حيث نظري نويسنده مدعي است دو متغير مهم برجستگي هويت و اجراي برنامه‌هاي توسعه، عوامل موثر بر بروز اختلافات ميان فرهنگي در ايران مي‌باشند. لذا براي بررسي عيني‌تر، اين چارچوب در چند منطقه تماس‌هاي بين فرهنگي در ايران مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد حتي متغيرهايي مثل هويت و توسعه نيز توان پاسخ‌گويي به علل و زمينه‌هاي بروز اختلافات ميان فرهنگي در ايران بعنوان مهمترين دغدغه مطروحه در اين مقاله را ندارند. بر اين اساس لازم است كه با تاملات دقيق‌تري به تبيين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مناسبات ميان‌فرهنگي در ايران پرداخت. واژگان‌كليدي: مناسبات ميان‌فرهنگي، روابط ميان فرهنگي، توسعه، هويت مطالعات فرهنگي.

The Quality of Inter-Cultural Relations in Iran Ebrahim Hajiani Azita Akhlaghi Abstract Cultural diversity is one of the main characteristics of Iranian society. This articleʹs main issue is study of influential factors on qualification of intercultural relations. The main question is: what are the variables that lead to peaceful and positive relations or opposition between ethical, religious and regional subcultures in Iran? After review of intercultural relations theories and literature and its place in social science literature, aspects, kinds and theories of intercultural relations are studied. The situation of diversity in cultural domains in Iran and historical background of intercultural relations that have often peacefully is defined. To study about current intercultural relations, some regions or contact points are defined experimentally and on this basis two important variables of changing peaceful relations to comparative –non convergence relations are "development processes and its advantages" and "identity highlighting". The main argumentation of the writer is that intercultural differences in Iran are without structural-historical base. Keywords: Inter-Cultural Relationships, Development, Identity of Cultural Studies
