مهم ترين ركن سلامت افراد خانواده، رضايت زناشويي است و جامعه سالم نيز از پيوندهاي آگاهانه و ارتباطات سالم و بالنده افراد خانواده شكل مي گيرد. اين پژوهش با هدف مطالعه نقش آگاهي حقوقي و فرهنگ مشاركت در رضايت زناشويي زنان متاهل با روش پيمايش در شهركاشان به انجام رسيده است. ابزارسنجش مفاهيم موجود در تحقيق، مقياس رضايت زناشويي انريچ و پرسشنامه محقّق ساخته فرهنگ مشاركت در تصميم گيري خانوادگي، احساس مسيوليت و تعلق خانوادگي وآگاهي حقوقي بوده است. اعتبار تحقيق از نوع صوري و روايي مقياس ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه شامل زنان متاهل نقاط شهري كاشان است كه تعداد آن‌ها براساس سرشماري سال 1385، 69929 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول نمونه گيري كوكران 381 نفر تعيين شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه احساس تعلق خانوادگي و همچنين مشاركت در تصميم گيري هاي خانوادگي نقش موثري در افزايش رضايت زناشويي دارند. نتايج رگرسيون نيز بيانگر اين است كه رضايت زناشويي به‌ترتيب تحت تاثير متغيرهاي مشاركت در تصميم گيري خانوادگي (031/0Beta:)، احساس تعلق خانوادگي(031/0Beta:) و احساس مسيوليت خانوادگي (15/0-Beta:) است و در مجموع اين متغيرها توانسته‌اند 18 درصد از واريانس رضايت زناشويي را تبيين كنند(18: R2). در مدل تحليل مسير بيشترين تاثير مستقيم بر رضايت زناشويي را مشاركت در تصميم گيري‌هاي خانوادگي و بيشترين تاثير غيرمستقيم را احساس مسيوليت خانوادگي داشته است.

This study was a survey and research data is collected through questionnaire. ENRICHʹs marital satisfaction scale research tools and questionnaire on participation in family decision making, sense of family responsibility, has achieved the sense of family belonging and legal awareness. Research credit is nominal and analytical scale has been approved by using Cronbachʹs alpha test.Statistical society is married women from different parts of Kashan city and based on census of 1385, are in population of 69929 cases and the formula volume sampling of Cochran is 381 cases. Result of research show that, the sense of belonging and participation in decision making is role affect in increase of marital satisfaction.. The result of Regression also indicates that the marital satisfaction is affected by variables in participation of family in decision making (Beta:0/031), sense of family belonging (Beta:0/031) and feeling of family responsibilities(Beta: -0/16). And the sum of these variables has been able to explain 18% of the variance in marital satisfaction (R2:0/18). In path analysis model, the most direct effect on marital satisfaction is to participate in family decisions makings. Indirect impact is felt most in family responsibilities.
