Leadership in Mosque; The Study of Safa Mosque

مساجد از جمله نهادهاي اجتماعي مي‌باشند كه بحث رهبري در آنان از جايگاه و اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است، به‌گونه‌اي كه يكي از عوامل موثر در اعتلاي مسجد، رهبري روحاني در مسجد است. در اين راستا محقق به بررسي رهبري روحاني و ويژگي‌هاي آن در مسجد صفا پرداخته و تلاش بر آن بوده است كه به ارايه مولفه‌هاي موفقيت رهبري در مسجد مذكور بپردازد. محقق بر پايه مدل برگزيده و با استفاده از روش مصاحبه و مشاهده غيرمشاركتي، مولفه‌ها و مقوله‌هاي مدل منتخب را با رهبري پيش‌گفته در مسجد صفا تجزيه و تحليل كرده است. بر اين اساس، 11 مقوله مدل انتخابي را در نظر گرفته و داده‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها و نيز گزارش‌هاي حاصل از مشاهده را متناسب با هر كدام از مقوله‌ها با عنوان نكات كليدي در جدولي ارايه شده است. داده‌هاي هر جدول كه در واقع برآيند مصاحبه‌ها و نيز گزارش‌هاي نوشته‌شده است، بر اساس ادبيات رهبري و رفتار سازماني كدگذاري شده است. پس از كدگذاري داده‌‌ها، مدل جامع رهبري در مسجد صفا ترسيم شده است. استمرار فعاليت يك روحاني در مسجد، رهبري مشاركتي وي، الگو بودن رهبر براي اعضا و پيروان، تعامل مطلوب با متربيان و جوانان را مي‌توان از جمله عوامل و مولفه‌هاي مهم رهبري در مسجد صفا محسوب نمود.

Mosques are among social institutions where leadership, including clerical leadership, holds a high and significant status and plays an influential role in giving them dignity. Thus, the author has tried to evaluate clerical and spiritual leadership of Safa Mosque to elucidate those factors that led to its success. Based on selected modeling and by using interviews and non-participatory observation, the involved indexes have been analyzed and evaluated. Then 11 aspects of the selected model have been taken into consideration, and the data gathered through interviews and reports have been presented in a table in relation to each of those aspects. These data have then been codified on the basis of leadership literature and organizational behavior. A comprehensive leadership model is then described. Sustained activity of a cleric in mosque, his invitation of othersʹ participation, his being accepted as a model example for his audience, his favorable interaction with the youths and learners, can be taken as some of the causes and major factors of leadership in Safa Mosque.
