بررسي وضعيّت توليد علم در حوزه مديريّت تغيير در پايگاه هاي استنادي Thomson Reuters

Scientific productivity in change management in the Thomson Reuters databases

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي وضعيت توليد علم در حوزه مديريت تغيير، در پايگاه هاي استناديThomson Reuters انجام شده است. اين بررسي مي‌تواند وضعيت رشد دانش در اين حوزه را منعكس سازد و ضمن آشكار ساختن نقاط ضعف و قوت، به مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي در امر تحقيق و توسعه كمك كند. روش پژوهش، پيمايشي بوده و جامعه مورد مطالعه را كليه توليدات علمي حوزه مديريت تغيير نمايه شده در پايگاه هاي مذكور طي سال‌هاي 1990 تا 2009 تشكيل داده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه در مجموع تعداد 2530 مدرك در اين حوزه توليد شده كه بيش‌ترين تعداد مدارك طي سال-هاي 2006 تا 2009 منتشر شده‌اند. محاسبه مقدار متوسط نرخ رشد ساليانه انتشارات براي اين سال‌ها، عدد 80/78 % را نشان مي‌دهد. يافته‌ها بيانگر آن است كه 6105 نويسنده در توليد علم اين حوزه حضور داشته اند. اين مدارك به وسيله 80 كشور توليد شده‌اند و كشورهاي ايالات متحده امريكا و انگلستان در رتبه هاي اول و دوم قرار دارند. اين مدارك در 1173عنوان مجله منتشر شده‌اند كه “Journal of Organizational Change Management” با انتشار 94 مدرك در رتبه اول قرار دارد. اين مدارك به 11 زبان زنده دنيا به تحرير درآمده كه ميزان توليدات تعلق گرفته به زبان انگليسي با 31/97 درصد، با اختلاف قابل توجهي بيش از ساير زبان‌هاست. اين مدارك در 12 قالب مختلف ارايه شده كه قالب مقالات پژوهشي با 84/72 درصد، با اختلاف قابل توجهي در رتبه اول قرار دارد. مدارك مورد بررسي به طور كلي 20778 استناد دريافت كرده اند كه مقاله “Tightening the iron cage – concertive control in self-managing Teams” با دريافت 401 استناد در صدر قرار دارد.

This study was carried out to evaluate scientific production in the area of change management with the aims of reflecting knowledge growth, highlight the weaknesses and strengths of the databases, and to assist researchers to manage and plan their future work in their fields of interest. This is a survey study and its subjects of study were all titles indexed in Thomson Reuter’s databases in this area from 1990 to 2009. Findings showed that 2530 documents have been indexed during this period. Most documents have been published between 2006 and 2010. The annual growth rate for publications is 78.80 percent. Findings also show that 6,105 authors have been involved in the production of this number of titles among them S. Lee is at the top and Penamora, Hicks, Towill were at the second and third places. These documents have been produced by 80 countries among them U.S. and England were at the first and second places. 1173 journals published this amount of documents among them “Journal of Organizational Change Management” occupied the first rank. These documents have been published in 11 different languages of which English was the prominent language. They have been published in 12 different formats, of which article was the prominent one. This number of documents has received 20,778 citations, totally. The article titled "Tightening the iron cage – concertive control in self-managing Teams” received 401 citations, placing it at the top of the list.
