سنجش ديدگاه پرستاران شهر اروميه در خصوص سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي بيمارستاني (HIS)

EVALUATION OF NURSES POINT OF VIEWS ABOUT HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (HIS) IN URMIA

پيش زمينه و هدف: امروزه اغلب بيمارستان‌ها ثبت الكترونيكي را جايگزين ثبت‌هاي كتبي نموده و يا سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات بيمارستاني (HISs) قديمي خود را به روز رساني مي‌نمايند. مطالعه‌اي توصيفي درباره‌ي پرستاران به عنوان كاربران نهايي اين سيستم‌ها مي‌تواند در طراحي سيستم‌هاي بهتر و دستيابي به مزايايي نظير ايمني بيشتر بيماران سودمند باشد. مواد و روش كار: جهت سنجش ديدگاه پرستاران نسبت به سيستم‌هاي اطلاعات بيمارستاني از400 پرستار خواسته شد تا برآورد نمايند آيا با جملات مرتبط با سه مبحث گسترش نظريه نوآوري (مزاياي مرتبط، پيچيدگي و سازگاري) موافق هستند يا مخالف. 303 پرسشنامه تكميل و قابل استفاده با SPSS 18 آناليز گرديد. يافته‌ها: بخش بزرگي از پرستاران با اين كه استفاده از سيستم HIS سريع تر (7/92%) و آسان تر از ثبت بر روي كاغذ است (1/90%)، در زمان صرفه جويي مي‌كند (1/81%)، و خوانايي اطلاعات را افزايش مي‌دهد (8/90%) موافق بودند. 55درصد موافق بروز مشكلات مرتبط با رايانه (نرم افزاري و سخت افزاري) و 5/51درصد موافق وقوع خطاهاي غير انساني بودند. درصد كمي (9/13%) موافق بودند كه سيستم منجر به افزايش عوارض جانبي دارو مي‌گردد. بحث و نتيجه گيري: نتايج حاكي از ديدگاه مثبت پرستاران درباره‌ي استفاده از سيستم HIS به منظور بهبود مستند سازي‌ باليني مي‌باشد. نتايج بيشتر مي‌تواند به مديران در فهم موارد موثر در گسترش HIS و استفاده و شايد كاربرد به عنوان مرجع گسترش و بهبود سيستم كمك كند.

Background & Aims: Nowadays Most hospitals replace their paper-based medical records with Electronic Health Records or update their old Hospital Information systems (HISs). A descriptive study of nurses as end users of these systems can be helpful to design better systems and therefore achieve more advantages like more patientsʹ safety. Materials & Methods: To assay the attitudesʹ of nurses toward Hospital Information systems, 400 nurses were asked to estimate whether they agree or disagree with a set of statements for each of the three diffusion of innovation theory attributes (relative advantages, complexity, and compatibility). 303 questionnaires were completed and analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution, version 18). Result: A large share of the nurses agreed that the HIS system is faster (92. 7%) and easier than paper records (90. 1%), saves time (81. 1%), and increases the legibility of the data (90. 8%). 55% agreed that the system leads to computer-related problems (software and hardware), and 51. 5% agreed that HIS leads to inhumane errors. A low percentage of the nurses (13. 9%) agreed that the system leads to more adverse drug events. Conclusion: According to our results nursesʹ attitudes were found to be positive about using HIS system to improve clinical documentation. Moreover results can help managers understand key consideration affecting HIS development and use and may be applied as a reference for system development and improvement. .
