The Study of the Identification and Prioritization of the Hazardous Winter 2013 Places Correction and Presentation of Software

هزينه‌هاي گزاف اجتماعي– اقتصادي تصادفات جاده‌اي و آثار رواني غير قابل جبران آن برروي افراد و جوامع، شناسايي دقيق عوامل ايجاد تصادف و نحوه پيش‌گيري از آنها مهمترين دغدغه تحقيقات علمي است؛ بنابراين هدف اين مطالعه تبيين و شناسايي نقاط حادثه‌خيز و اولويت‌بندي اصلاح اين نقاط با استفاده از نرم افزار است. اين مطالعه به روش توصيفي از نوع موردكاوي )مطالعه موردي( انجام شده است و براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از اسناد و مدارك موجود استفاده شده است. نتايج مطالعه نشان داد شناسايي نقاط حادثه‌خيز و اولويت‌بندي اصلاح نقاط، يكي از راهكارهاي مناسب مديريتي براي دستيابي به اهداف پروژه‌هاست؛ بنابراين معيارهاي شناسايي شده لزوما بهترين نيستند و هركدام از آنها مشكلاتي را متناسب با معايب خود آشكار مي‌سازند

High socio-economic expenses of road accident and vulnerable psychological effects on people and society, identification of accident causes and prevention of them are from the most important concern of scientific research. So, the object of this study is determining of identification procedure of hazardous places and prioritizing the correction of these places by the related software. This study is descriptive which is based on the casestudy. For data collection, the available documents and evidences have been used. The result of the study showed that the identification of hazardous places and prioritizing of places correction, are one of the appropriate management strategies for obtaining the objects of projects. So, identified criteria are not necessary the best and each of them according to their advantage and disadvantage release their problems
