بررسي تاثير نظارت و بازرسي درصحت عمل كاركنان

Examining the Impact of Staff Supervision and Inspection on Personnel Performance Accuracy: A Case Study on Command Center of IRI Border Police

اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي ميزان تاثير اقدامات نظارت و بازرسي در صحت عمل كاركنان و شناخت شيوه هاي مناسب بازرسي و نظارت به منظور ارتقاي صحت عمل كاركنان انجام شده است. در اين راستا بررسي توان سه روش 1- بازرسي و نظارت پيش نگر (قبل از عمل) 2- بازرسي و نظارت حال نگر (هنگام عمل) -3 بازرسي و نظارت پس نگر (بعد از عمل) كاركنان مرزباني ناجا را در دستور كار خود قرار داده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه، و جامعه آماري 250 نفر از كاركنان مرزباني ناجا بوده كه 150 نفر از آنها به عنوان جامعه نمونه به طور تصادفي از روش مورگان انتخاب شده است. با اتكا به مباني نظري، پرسشنامه اي با 26 سوال مرتبط با فرضيه تحقيق طراحي شد كه پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي، بين جامعه آماري توزيع گرديد و در نهايت نتايج داده ها مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه روش نظارت و بازرسي پيش نگر (قبل از عمل) در صحت عمل كاركنان مرزباني بيشتر از دو روش ديگر موثرتر بوده است

Building a coordinated, adapting supervision and inspection system has always been taken into consideration by efficient, successful organizations. In Iranʹs Border Police, as in any other organization, staffʹs performance accuracy has a considerable impact on their manner of serving and performance. Thus, identifying effective factors in accuracy of the performance of Iranʹs Border Police personnel is essential. This study aims to examine the level of impact of inspection and supervisory measures on accuracy of the performance put in by the personnel in the Command Center of Iranʹs Border Police and to understand proper methods of inspection and supervision with the purpose of improving personnel performance accuracy. To this end, capability of three methods, namely (1) prospective inspection and supervision (before action), (2) inspection and supervision at action time, and (3) retrospective inspection and supervision (after action) on Iranʹs Border Police personnelʹs part in the Marine Headquarters in Boushehr Province. Research method is descriptive, and the tool for data collection is questionnaire, and the statistical population comprises 250 staff serving on a permanent basis in Iranʹs Border Police (Marine Command Headquarters in Boushehr Province), 150 of whom were randomly selected by means of Morganʹs method. Drawing on theoretical foundations, a 26-item questionnaire was designed in relation to the research hypothesis copies of which, having been confirmed in terms of validity and reliability, were distributed among the population. Finally, data were analyzed statistically, and results suggested that the method of prospective inspection and supervision (before action) was most effective in accuracy of the performance of Iranʹs Border Police personnel.
