اثر ايديولوژي برابري جنسيتي بر هماهنگي و ناهماهنگي زناشويي با ميانجي‌گري ادراك انصاف (عدالت)

The Effect of Egalitarian Gender Ideology on Marital Harmony and Marital Discord by Mediating Perceptions of Equity (Fairness)

مطالعات نشان مي‌دهد كه ايديولوژي برابري جنسيتي مي‌تواند تاثير مهمي بر كيفيت زناشويي افراد داشته باشد. اين تاثير مي‌تواند به صورت مستقيم و يا غيرمستقيم و در تعامل با ساير متغيرها از جمله ادراك انصاف باشد. اين مطالعه با هدف ارزيابي اثرات مستقيم و غيرمستقيم ايديوژي برابري جنسيتي از طريق ادراك انصاف بر هماهنگي و ناهماهنگي رابطه‌ي زناشويي زوجين انجام شد. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 150 زوج بودند كه از بين والدين دانش‌آموزان مدارس ابتدايي شهر اهواز، با روش تصادفي چند مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند و به مقياس‌هاي ايديولوژي برابري جنسيتي(GIS)، پرسشنامه هماهنگي زناشويي (MHQ)، پرسشنامه ناهماهنگي زناشويي(MDQ) و سنجه ادراك انصاف (MEP) پاسخ دادند. تحليل داده‌ها از طريق الگويابي معادلات ساختاري (SEM) و اثرات غيرمستقيم از طريق آزمون بوت استراپ انجام شد. مدل ارزيابي شده از شاخص‌هاي برازندگي خوبي برخوردار بود. نتايج الگوي معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه ايديولوژي برابري جنسيتي بر هماهنگي زناشويي و ناهماهنگي زناشويي مردان و زنان به طور مستقيم و غيرمستقيم اثر مي‌گذارد.

Several studies showed that egalitarian gender ideology can have a significant impact on the couple’s marital harmony and marital discord. This impact can be direct or indirect and can be in interaction with other significant psychological variables such as perception of equity. This study aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effects of egalitarian gender ideology on marital harmony and marital discord with the mediation of perception of equity. The subjects of the study were 150 couples (150 men and 150 women) whose children were studying in elementary schools of Ahvaz, selected according to multistage random sampling. The participants completed Measures of Marital Harmony (MHQ) and Marital Discord (MDQ), Gender Ideology (GIS) and Measure of Equity Perceived (MEP). Data were analyzed, using structural equation modeling (SEM) and also the indirect effects were tested by bootstrapping method. The results indicated that the proposed model did have good fit indices. The results also showed that the egalitarian gender ideology had an effect, both direct and indirect, on marital harmony and marital discord in men and women.
