بررسي تطبيقي سبكهاي رهبري موجود دنيا با سبك رهبري امام خميني(ره) بر مبناي رشد و تعالي انسان

A Comparative Study of the Leadership Styles of the World with Leadership Style of Imam Khomeini Based on Excellence and Growth of Human Being

هدف ؛ اين مقاله در صدد مقايسه سبك رهبري امام خميني با ساير سبكهاي رهبري موجود و ارايه يك الگوي رهبري سازماني است. روش؛ روش تحقيق مقاله حاضر مبتني بر روشهاي مطالعه اسنادي و توصيفي تحليلي آثار و سيره عملي و مديريتي امام خميني است. يافته ها؛ طراحي مدلي سه بعدي، شامل نيت و ارضاي دروني، رفتار فردي، رفتار گروهي و سازماني، از يافته هاي اين تحقيق است. در بسياري از تيوريهاي رهبري، ذاتاً به انسانها توجه نمي‎شود، بلكه توجه به انسانها به خاطر افزايش كارآيي و بهره‎وري است. در الگوي رهبري امام خميني كه سرشار از نكات ظريف و لطيف مديريتي بوده، بر پايه عشق الهي و خود مديريتي و ايمان سرشار به ذات اقدس الهي، تزكيه نفس و تقواي الهي بنا شده، افزايش كارآيي و در نتيجه افزايش رفاه انسانها، وسيله‎اي براي تكامل، رشد و بلوغ فكري، انساني و اخلاقي است. نتيجه گيري؛ رمز موفقيت امام در رهبري و مديريت، خودسازي فردي ايشان بود. لذا بر هر مديري در فرهنگ اسلامي است كه ابتدا از خود شروع كند تا پس از خودسازي، شايسته رهبري و مديريت در سازمان و جامعه شود

Aim: The author of the article aims to compare the leadership style of Imam Khomeini (p.b.u.h) with other leadership styles of the world and to suggest an organizational leadership model.Method: The method of the present research is documentary and analytical-descriptive study of Imam Khomeiniʹs management style and works. Results: The result of the article is a three dimensional model including intention and inner satisfaction, individual behavior and collective and organizational behavior. Human (humanity) in many leadership theories of the world is neglected and utilitarianism is their core model. Imam Khomeini leadership model is based on excellence and growth of human being and consists of delicate and subtle hints of management. Love of divine god and faithfulness plus self-purification and god-fearing are the other feathers of the late leaderʹs leadership pattern and fulfilling his advices would guaranty the welfare, spiritual and intellectual developments and evolution of people.Conclusion: The secret of Imam Khomeini, s success in leadership and management is in his self-storage. Therefore, self-storage is necessary for Islamic culture managers to be able to satisfy their tasks and responsibilities in Islamic society.
