تعيين ميزان تحقق شاخص هاي مديريت بومي در كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان مركزي

Determining the Degree of Implementation of A survey on Native Management Parameters in Public Libraries

هدف: اين پژوهش در صدد است تا تعيين كند كه شاخص?هاي مديريت بومي، كه از برگرفته از الگوي ميتزبرگ به?علاوه يافته?هاي حاصل از تحليل متون اين حوزه است، چقدر در كتابخانه?هاي عمومي استان مركزي تحقق دارد. اين شاخص?ها در 3 مولفه اصلي نقش?هاي ارتباطي، نقش?هاي اطلاعاتي، و نقش?هاي تصميم?گيري، و 10 مولفه فرعي بر اساس نظرات كتابداران مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. روش: از روش پژوهش پيمايشي در اين پژوهش استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه محقق?ساخته پژوهش، 93% بود و روايي آن با نظر اساتيد راهنما و مشاور تاييد شد. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي كتابداران كتابخانه?هاي عمومي استان مركزي بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 110 نفر محاسبه شد كه به شيوه نمونه?گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. 106 پرسشنامه توسط جامعه نمونه تكميل و برگردانده شد. داده?ها در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته?ها: يافته?هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه در رابطه با نقش?هاي ارتباطي، بيشترين ميانگين مربوط به «شركت در مراسم ترحيم اقوام همكاران» با ميانگين 59/3 و كمترين ميانگين مربوط به «برگزاري جشن?هاي مختلف براي همكاران و خانواده?هاي آنان» با ميانگين86/1 است. بنابراين مي?توان گفت از ديدگاه كتابداران نقش?هاي ارتباطي در كتابخانه?هاي عمومي استان مركزي به كار گرفته نشده است. در رابطه با نقش هاي اطلاعاتي، بيشترين ميانگين مربوط به «ارزيابي اطلاعات ارسال شده» با ميانگين 05/3 و كمترين ميانگين مربوط به «شناساندن فرهنگ بومي منطقه به ارباب?رجوعان» با ميانگين24/2 بود. بنابراين مي?توان گفت از ديدگاه كتابداران نقش هاي اطلاعاتي در كتابخانه كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي استان مركزي به كار گرفته نشده است. در رابطه با نقش نقش‌هاي تصميم?گيري، بيشترين ميانگين (11/3) مربوط به« مذاكره مذاكره‌اي است كه نتيجه مذاكره به نفع سازمان كتابخانه باشد»، و كمترين ميانگين (2) مربوط به «پاداش به پيشنهادهاي مرتبط با مسايل بومي» بود. اصالت/ارزش: موضوع مديريت بومي از مسايل مهمي است كه در پژوهش?هاي مديريتي كتابخانه?هاي عمومي كمتر به آن توجه شده است. پژوهش حاضر مي?تواند مقدمه?اي باشد تا پژوهش?هايي با مسايل و دامنه?هاي مختلف، با محوريت مديريت بومي در حوزه كتابخانه?هاي عمومي انجام گيرد.

Purpose: This e goal of this research is to investigates native management in public libraries of the Markazi Province. Management roles are investigated in three main parameters and ten sub- parameters That are based on main roles. The main ones parameters inclulde are: communication, information, and decision making roles in the sub goals research. Methodology: The research study adopted an method is analylitical survey. Data are were gathered with using a self-developed created questionnaire with the . The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 93% and are validated with content – based method. Statistical society of researchThe study population includeds all the librarians of Markazi state public librarians. ,110 librarians person formed the sample of the study using Morgan – table, of which answerd and 106 librarians completed the questionnaires were returned the sample was chosen by Morgan – table. The data was analysed SPSS software was used, in two levels of descriptive and on and sStatistical inferential like,(i.e.g frequency, frequency percentage and variance), using SPSS software were used. Findings: The result s showedrevead, that the communication and information roles are not practiced by the public librarians in this study. Findings showed that about that communication roles “aAttending in associates ‘relatives’ death funeral" ceremonies “has the highest averagewith mean of (3./59), and “holding other ceremonies for associates ‘relatives’ and their families " with “has the lowest average Mean of( 1./86) received respectively the highest and lowest Mean in the communication roles. This us, we can sayimplies that from the librarian view point, communication roles are not used practiced by in the targetthe public librarians. In the case of decision making role parameter, “negotiations ended in with the benefit of the library” with the Mean of ( with the average of 3./11) and “praising awarding local issues suggestions given on the local issues with the Mean of ”( with the average of 2 received the highest and lowest Mean respectively). Originality/Value: There is a lack of attention towardN native management is an area which has received little attention in the LIS research. This study introduces this area in libraries. , therefore doing such a research can open attention to this subject. to the subject of native management is one of the important issues that the lack of researches in this field shows little attention to this subject; therefore present research can be important.
