اثرات اقتصادي تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي بر خانوارهاي روستايي (مورد: تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي شهرستان بيرجند)

The economic effects of agricultural production cooperatives on rural family (Case study: of agricultural production cooperatives of Birjand province)

چكيده اقتصاد روستاهاي ايران در پيوند عميق با بخش كشاورزي قرار دارد. در راستاي ارتقا بهره وري و بازده توليد، اصلاح نظام هاي بهره برداري سنتي و ترويج تعاوني هاي توليد، يكي از عمده راهبردهايي بوده كه تاكنون در كشور و از جمله استان خراسان جنوبي به كار بسته شده است. در تحقيق حاضر تلاش شده تا به بررسي و واكاوي اثرات اقتصادي تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي بر مناطق روستايي شهرستان بيرجند پرداخته شود. اين تحقيق به لحاظ روش شناسي از نوع توصيفي – تحليلي مي باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه مشتمل بر اعضا پنج تعاوني توليد كشاورزي در شهرستان بيرجند بوده كه از ميان آن ها تعداد 296 نفر با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي دومرحله اي جهت پرسش گري تعيين و انتخاب گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه در بخش توليد به همراه گسترش سطح زيركشت محصولاتي نظير گندم، جو، ذرت و يونجه، هزينه ها نيز كاهش داشته است. به علاوه شاخص هايي هم چون درآمد، پس انداز، اشتغال و رفاه خانوارهاي عضو تعاوني توليد كشاورزي نسبت به گذشته افزايش يافته است. واژگان كليدي: توسعه كشاورزي، نظام بهره برداري، تعاوني توليد روستايي، بيرجند.

Abstract The economy of villages of Iran is in profound connection with agricultural section. In direction of the promotion of exploitation and production output, so far, the improving of traditional exploitation systems and dissemination of production cooperatives is one of the common strategies which have been used in our country such as South Khorasan. The present study tried to probe the inspection and examination of the economic effects of agricultural production cooperatives on rural districts of Birjand province. This research from the methodological point of view is descriptive-analytical. The community under study contains the members of five agricultural production cooperatives in Birjand province from which the number of 296 individuals selected and ordered with the use of Kokaran Formula and the method of two stages cluster sampling for questioning. The results showed that in production section in company with expansion of the level of under cultivation of the products like wheat, barley, corn and alfalfa, the expenditures also has been reduced. In addition, the indexes like income, saving, employment and welfare of the family members the agricultural production cooperative has been increased in comparison to the past.
