بررسي ابعاد الزام فرزندان نابالغ به تكاليف ديني

Study of Dimensions of Forcing Immature Children to Religious Duties

از آن جا ‌كه تربيت صحيح ديني فرزندان، دغدغه اصلي بسياري از خانواده‌هاي مومن درعصر مدرن كنوني است؛ناگفته اهميت و ضرورت تحقيق پيش رو واضح و مبرهن است. مقاله حاضر پژوهشي در خصوص ابعاد مختلف عبادت كودكان و الزام ايشان به عبادت از سوي والدين و معيارهاي اين الزام و محدوده آن از جهت زمان اعتبار و اقدامات مجاز و غير مجاز والدين مي‌باشد. همچنين اقوالي در باب الزام به تكاليف ديني و مشروعيت يا عدم آن بيان شد كه نظر منتخب با ارايه اسناد مقبول، نظريه مشروعيت عبادات فرد نابالغ بود كه داراي چند اثر مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش مختصر، قرآن و سنت پيامبر اكرم? و ايمه معصومين ? به عنوان منبع اصلي تحقيق بوده و از دليل عقل در جهت تاكيد استفاده شده است كه به شناخت زواياي اين امر كمك دوچنداني مي‌نمايد.

Since the properly religious training of children is the main concern of many religious families in modern era, so the importance and necessity of this research is clear. This paper does research on different dimensions of childrenʹs prayer and their forcing to prayer by parents and criterions and range of this forcing according to time of validity and parentsʹ authorized and unauthorized actions. In this paper, views were expressed about forcing to religious duties and their legitimacy and illegitimacy; view selected with authentic documents was theory of immature childrenʹs legitimacy of prayers that had some effects. In this brief research, Qurʹan and sunnah of Prophet (pbuh) and infallible Imams (AS) were as the main sources of research and intellect was used in order to emphasize and understand better this subject.
