ارزيابي عملكرد شوراهاي دانش‌آموزي مدارس راهنمايي در جذب دانش‌آموزان به كميته‌هاي مشاركتي

An Evaluation of the Performance of Middle School Studentsʹʹ Councils in attracting Students to Cooperation Committees

در پژوهش حاضر، عملكرد شوراهاي دانش‌آموزي مدارس راهنمايي شهر اصفهان در جذب دانش‌آموزان به هشت دسته كميته‌هاي مشاركتي آن شوراها، مورد بررسي و ارزيابي قرار گرفته است.روش پژوهش توصيفي مشاهده‌اي و نمونه پژوهش نيز، شامل؛30 مدرسه راهنمايي شهر اصفهان بوده كه با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي متناسب با حجم و تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش چك‌ليست مشاهده عملكرد كميته‌هاي شوراهاي دانش‌آموزي مدارس بوده است. داده‌هاي حا صل به دو شيوه توصيفي و استنباطي تحليل آماري شده‌اند. عمده‌ترين يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد: 1- ميزان مشاركت دانش‌آموزان در فعاليت‌هاي مشاركتي كميته سياسي و اجتماعي، در حد كم؛كميته‌هاي علمي و آموزشي؛ تعاون، امداد و بهداشت در حد متوسط و كميته‌هاي فرهنگي و مذهبي؛ ورزشي؛ اداري و مالي و انضباطي در حد زياد بوده است. به علاوه، ميانگين ميزان مشاركت دانش‌آموزان در كميته تبليغات و مراسم در حد خيلي زياد بوده است. 2- تحليل‌هاي استنباطي، مبين ميزان مشاركت موثر و معنادار دانش‌آموزان در كميته‌هاي فرهنگي و مذهبي؛ ورزشي، تبليغات و مراسم و انضباطي (بالاتر از حد متوسط) و همچنين، عدم مشاركت موثر و معنادار آنان در كميته‌هاي علمي و آموزشي؛ سياسي و اجتماعي؛ اداري و مالي و تعاون امداد و بهداشت (كم‌تر از حد متوسط) بوده است. 3- تحليل‌هاي استنباطي ديگر، مبين برتري معنادار در ميزان مشاركت دانش‌آموزان در كميته تبليغات و مراسم بر حسب متغيرهاي؛ نوع مدرسه (دخترانه)، سابقه خدمت مدير (بالاتر از پنج سال)، جنسيت مدير (زن)، جنسيت نماينده مدير (زن) و نوع نماينده مدير در شوراي دانش‌آموزي (مربي پرورشي)، در كميته تعاون، امداد و بهداشت برحسب متغير جنس نماينده مدير در شورا (زن) و در كميته انضباطي بر حسب متغيرهاي سابقه خدمت مدير (بالاتر ازپنج سال) و جنسيت مدير (زن) بوده است.

The present research, has tried to evaluate the performance of the middle school studentsʹ councils in attracting students cooperation committees through dividing the council into eight cooperation committees. The research method used is descriptive observational and the research sample comprised of thirty middle schools in city of Isfahan from which the students were selected through cluster sampling proportionate to the volume and simple random sampling. The research instrument was the observation check-list and collected data were analysed through descriptive and inferential methods. The major findings of the research were: 1) Students cooperation with socio-political committee was low, and with educational, and scientific, welfare, aid and hygiene were medium whereas studentsʹ cooperation with religious and cultural, sports, administrative and disciplinary were considered high. In addition, the average cooperation of students in propagation and ceremony committees were very high.2) Inferential analysis, showed an effective and significant studentsʹ cooperation with cultural and religious, sports, propagation and ceremonies, and disciplinary committees rating higher than the average cooperation.3) Inferential analysis also showed a significantly higher rate of studentsʹ cooperation in propagation and ceremonies committee depending on the school type (girls), the principalʹs experience (over 5 years), the principalʹs gender (female), gender of the principle assistant (female) and the principleʹs representative in studentsʹ council (cultivation instructor), in welfare, assistance and hygiene committees depending on the gender of the principleʹs representative in studentsʹ council variable (female) and in disciplinary committees depending on the principleʹs experience (over five years) variable as well as the principleʹs gender variable (female).
