The Principles of Equality and Islamic Pattern of Distribution System

در اين مقاله در لايه اول بحث، به دنبال ارايه چگونگي جاري بودن مفهوم مساوات در مراحل مختلف توزيع درآمد، ثروت وفرصت هاي اقتصادي مي باشيم. و در لايه بعدي تبيين اين مفهوم در قالب سبك زندگي اسلامي است كه مي تواند فاصله بين هنجارهاي جاري جامعه را با دريافت هاي اصيل ديني در سبك زندگي ايراني مشخص كند و از سويي اصول طراحي الگوي اسلامي نظام توزيع را در لايه حاكميتي و ترويج ضرورت هاي فردي و خانوادگي اين الگو پايه ريزي كند. بر اين اساس ابتدا مفهوم مساوات را تبيين كرده و در ادامه نظام توزيع را در سه عنوان كلي كه شامل پنج مرحله مي باشد بررسي كرده و در هر مرحله نحوه جاري بودن يا نبودن اصل مساوات بررسي مي شود. سه عنوان كلي شامل نظام توزيع قبل از توليد، نظام توزيع در توليد (در ارزش افزوده)، و در آخر نظام توزيع بعد از توليد مي باشد كه عنوان اول در دو مرحله بررسي مي شود؛ نحوه توزيع ثروت اوليه در دسترس افراد جامعه و نحوه توزيع فرصت ها و منابع جامعه در بين افراد جامعه و عنوان سوم شامل زير بخش هاي اقتصادي جامعه و دهك هاي هزينه اي جامعه يا به بيان ديگر طبقات مختلف جامعه مي باشد. در بررسي تمامي مراحل ذكر شده جز در موارد معدودي اصل مساوات در پرداخت هاي انتقالي مطرح نمي باشد، كه از بارزترين مصاديق آن دريافت سهمي با عنوان حقوق شهروندي است كه فارغ از هر قيدي در پرداخت مي باشد. در انتهاي اين تحقيق اصول طراحي الگوي اسلامي نظام توزيع ارايه مي شود.

T he present study first investigates the concept of equality in different stages of income, wealth, and economic opportunities distribution, and then, assesses the implementation of this concept in Islamic lifestyle. This implementation can compare the existing standards of the society with noble Islamic doctrines of lifestyle, and found the principles of Islamic distribution system based on individual and social requirements. Having defined the concept of equality, distribution system was classified into three general subtitles, consisting of five stages. Three subtitles are distribution system before production, distribution system at the time of production (value added), and distribution system after production. The first subtitle is assessed in two stages: a) how wealth is distributed among people, b) how the opportunities and resources are distributed among people, the second subtitle is .... and the third one is evaluated in two stages: a) economic subdivisions of the society, b) various social classes. Most of the aforementioned stages are not concerned with the principles of equality in transfer payments. For instance, they receive civil rights which are free from any constraints in paying. Finally, the principles of modeling an Islamic lifestyle are proposed.
