نوآوري فني و اجرايي در دانشگاه يزد با تاكيد بر زيرساختهاي پياده سازي مديريت دانش

Technical and administrative innovation in Yazd University with emphasis on knowledge management infrastructures

شناساندن زيرساختهاي لازم براي مديريت موثر دانش و ايجاد نوآوري در دانشگاهها از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. بنابراين، در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا اثر ابعاد زيرساختي مديريت دانش بر نوآوري بررسي شود. بدين منظور، پس از مطالعه مباني نظري و مصاحبه با خبرگان ابعاد زيرساختي مديريت دانش شناسايي و تحليل عاملي شدند. در نهايت، اثر هريك از اين ابعاد بر نوآوري فني و اجرايي بررسي شد. روش پژوهش همبستگي- علّي و از نوع كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري شامل 344 نفر از اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاه يزد و تعداد نمونه 163 نفر بود. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ (969/0) و روايي سازه آن با استفاده از تحليل عاملي بررسي شد. به منظور تحليل داده ها از تحليل همبستگي و مدليابي معادله ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين ابعاد زيرساختي مديريت دانش و نوآوري فني و اجرايي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين، يافته هاي به دست آمده از مدليابي معادله ساختاري نشان داد كه از بين ابعاد زيرساختي، بعد فناوري و ساختار بيشترين تاثير را بر توسعه نوآوري دارد.

Identifying essential infrastructures for effective knowledge management and innovation in universities is vital. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the effect of infrastructural dimensions of knowledge management on innovation. According to the research literature and expert opinions, the infrastructural dimensions of knowledge management are identified, and the effect of these factors on technical and administrative innovation are evaluated. This study is a casual-corelational survey. The statistical population of this study consists of 344 faculty members of Yazd University and a total of 163 individuals were selected as a sample. Reliability was examined by Cronbachʹs alpha (0.969) and its validity was examined using factor analysis. Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of knowledge management and technical and administrative innovations. Additionally, Structural Equation Modeling results showed that among infrastructures dimensions, the technology and structural dimensions have the most effect on the development of innovation.
