Akhtar newspaper’s approach to political-social ideas of enlightenment and France revolution

روزنامه هاي برون مرزي و در تبعيد عصر قاجار ، بي ترديد نقش برجسته و تعيين كننده اي در آشنايي ايرانيان و به ويژه روشنفكران و انديشه گران ايراني با تجدد و مفاهيم بنيادين سياسي و اجتماعي اروپا ، كه زمينه ساز تحولات بزرگ سياسي ،اجتماعي و اقتصادي غرب هستند ،ايفا نمودند.از ميان اين روزنامه ها، روزنامه اختر كه در استانبول به پايمردي برخي ايرانيان ترقي خواه و آزادي طلب منتشر مي شد در تبيين و تشريح مفاهيم و انديشه هاي جديد سياسي و اجتماعي اروپا با تاكيد بر عصر روشنگري و زمينه هاي فكري انقلاب كبير فرانسه و انتقال آنها به زبان ساده براي ايرانيان و روشفكران ايراني نقش اساسي و محوري ايفا نمود. رسالت روزنامه اختر در آگاهي بخشي و بيداري فكري جامعه ايران تعريف شده بود. نويسندگان اختر در كنار انتقاد از وضع سياسي و اجتماعي ايران دوره ناصري و نقد ساختار دولت ، در ترويج و تبليغ مفاهيمي چون قانون و آزادي، ساختار دولتهاي جديد اروپايي و مهمتر از همه تبيين مفاهيم و شعارهاي اصلي انقلاب فرانسه سعي وافري داشتند. نوشته هاي اختر در بيداري فكري گروههايي از جامعه ايران وآشنايي آنان با تحولات جديد و انديشه هاي نوين ونيز در برخي حركتهاي تندروانه در انقلاب مشروطيت ايران موثر افتاد. اين مقاله رويكرد روزنامه اختر به انديشه هاي سياسي- اجتماعي عصر روشنگري و انقلاب فرانسه وانتقال آن به ايران را ، به بررسي نشسته است.

Akhtar newspaper mission was defined in awareness and awakening thought in Iranian society. Beside of criticism of political and social state of iran in nasseri’s period and criticized the government, akhtar author’s has lots of effort in promoting concepts of low and freedom, structure of new europian governments and above all explain concepts and main slogans of france revolution.Akhtar’s paper effects on intellectual awakeness of groups in iran society and introduction that with new changes and modern ideas and also in some radical movements in Iranian constitutional revolution.
