حكومت و مردم در انديشه مولانا

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE IN THOUGHT OF MOLANA

رابطه حكومت و مردم مساله انسان است كه انديشه غالب متفكران بزرگ را به خود مشغول داشته است. مولانا محمد بلخي نيز اين مساله را در سراسر آثارش مطرح ساخته و با تاكيد بر ويژگي هايي چون عدالت، دانش، فضيلت و معنويت كه بيانگرصلاحيت حكومت اند حكومت مطلوب را حكومت باطني و معنوي مي داند كه پي آمدش حكم راندن بر دلهاست. رهبر چنين حكومتي ولي خدا (انسان كامل )است كه حكمراني اش مظهر شاهي و تدبير اوست و نمونه عيني آن فرمانروايي پيامبر اسلام (ص) است. چنين حكومتي داراي چهار ويژگي عدالت ، معنويت ، فضيلت و تدبير است. در نگاه مولانا رابطه حكومت و مردم در اصل نگهباني، پرورشي و مهرورزي است نه قيموميت و سلطه. او با توجه به تاثير بنيادين حكومت بر مردم اين رابطه رابا تشبيهاتي چون«روح و جسم » و «حوض و لوله ها» و...بيان مي داردو بر مسيوليت هاي تساهل، تسامح، مهرورزي، عدالت، خدمتـگزاري،و...تاكيد مي ورزد .

Relationship of government with the people is problem of Human,that thought of the most of thinkers have engaged in that. Balkhi ,the great thinker is not only disregard this problem but also has paid in his works about it. He also emphasizing features such as justice, knowledge, virtue, spirituality that specifies eligibilities of the government, says the good government is spiritual government that its outcomes is rule on hearts. Leader of this, is Vali of God(the perfect man) that his rule is manifestation of his kingship, and its concrete example is the rule of Prophet of Islam (PBUH). This government has four fundamental properties: justice, spirituality, virtue and prudence.He regards this relationship, originally guarding, breeding and kindness, not guardianship and domination. Rumi has stressed on fundamental influence of government on people with the analogies like the "soul and body" and" pond and pipes "and ... He has expressed on the governmentʹs responsibilities : tolerance, friendship, justice, serve, ability to be criticized and so on.
