INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL RELATIONS AND PROVISION OF GLOBAL SECURITY

در اين مقاله به منظور تبيين جايگاه و اهميت ارتباطات فرهنگي بين المللي در دگرگوني صلح و امنيت جهاني ابتدا شاخص هاي آن از طريق ارتباطات فرهنگي ميان كشورها، سازمان هاي بين المللي دولتي و غيردولتي، جنبش هاي اجتماعي، مهاجرت هاي بين المللي و تكنولوژي هاي نوين ارتباطي مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد و سپس موضوع حفظ و حراست از ارزش هاي امنيت جهاني نظير پاسداري از حقوق بشر، تقويت هويت هاي فردي، قومي و فرهنگي، پاسداري از محيط زيست، زدايش تعصبات فرهنگي و صلح و امنيت جهاني با توجه به متغير ارتباطات فرهنگي بين المللي تجزيه و تحليل مي شوند.

In order to elucidate the significance and the position of International Cultural Relations in transformation of global peace and security, we should initially study its indicators through the cultural relationships among the nations, public, private and international organizations, social movements, international displacement /migration and modern communication technologies and then we should analyze protection and preservation of global security values such as: human rights, strengthening individual, ethnic and cultural identities, protection of environment, eradication of cultural prejudice and promotion of global peace and security with a due consideration of international cultural relations
