كاربست رهيافت و روش پديدارشناسي در علوم سياسي

PHENOMENOLOGICAL APPROACH AND METHODS AND ITS CONSEQUENCE IN POLITICAL SCIENCE

يكي از رويكردهايي كه انديشمندان علوم اجتماعي و سياسي براي بررسي مفاهيم و تحول آن مورد توجه قرار مي‌دهند؛ رويكرد پديدارشناسي است. اين رهيافت كه از جمله رهيافت‌هاي پيچيده در عرصه علوم اجتماعي و سياسي به شمار مي رود اشتراكات بارز با رهيافت‌هاي تفسيري دارد كه در پايان قرن بيستم ميلادي عليه پوزيتيويسم و امپريسيسم رشد كرد. پرسش اصلي اين پژوهش، پرسش از ميزان و نحوه كاربري روش پديدارشناسي در عرصه علوم سياسي است. به عبارت بهتر، سوال از امكان يا امتناع كاربرد دانش و روش پديدارشناسي در قلمرو مزبور است و اينكه چگونه و در چه ابعادي مي‏توان از پديدارشناسي براي فهم و توضيح علوم سياسي استفاده كرد؟ مدعا و مفروض اين تحقيق آن است كه امكان استفاده از دانش پديدارشناسي در عرصه‏هاي مختلف علوم سياسي كاملاً منتفي نيست و مي توان با حذف جوانب ناهمساز آن، ازاين روش براي تجزيه و تحليل پژوهش هاي سياسي استفاده كرد. كاربرد رويكرد پديدارشناسانه در حوزه سياست افق‌هايي تازه را پيش روي ما مي‌گشايد و نتايج مهم روش شناختي و نظري را به بار مي‌آورد. هدف از نگارش مقاله حاضر كاربرد و پرده نمايي از برخي دستاوردهاي روش‌شناختي و معرفت شناختي رويكرد پديدارشناسي در سياست است.

One of the important and serious subjects in recent decades is concentration on methodological issues and its application in various areas. Of course using of different procedures and methods has been taken into consideration by scientist from long time ago. But in recent years focus on this matter which is phenomenology has been clear through various researches. This is one of the most complicated researches in political and social sciences area: which shares specific characteristics with interpretive researches. That developed against positivism and empiricism in 19th century. Application of phenomenological research in politics opens new realms for scientists and scientific elites and creates important theoretical and methodological results. Application and clarifying of some of the methodological and epistemological of this phenomenological research in politics is the main goal of this paper. It seems that the goal of phenomenology encompasses special outcomes and can be appropriate epistemological base for political system. Paleontology genealogy methodological approach of phenomenology and its various types review of the attitudes of its researchers and tinkers and finally the consequences of phenomenological approach in political science make the main format of this article
