An Islamic-Critical Approach to the Solution to Encounter Anomie according to Durkheim

اميل دوركهيم، آنومي را مولود توسعه مي‌داند؛ پديده‌اي كه همزمان با شكوفايي جوانه‌هاي دوران صنعتي و پژمردگي هنجارهاي ريشه‌دار سنّتي، ارزش‌هاي فرهنگي جامعه را بازيچه دستان جوانِ خام مدرنيزاسيون كرده است. از نظر وي، انسان موجودي سيري‌ناپذير بوده كه عمري در عطش «حرص» دست و پا زده و نداشته‌هايش را مي‌جويد و با رشد بي‌رويّه آنومي، هيبت وجدان جمعي شكسته مي‌شود و وجدان‌هاي فردي، صنفي و گروهي رشد مي‌كند و اين دقيقاً به معناي تضعيف نظارت‌هاي اجتماعي و افزايش ميزان جرايم است. دوركهيم تنها راه به بندكشيدن طبيعت حريص انسان را در دستان نامريي جامعه و نظارت‌هاي اجتماعي بر وي واكاوي مي‌كند. جامعه‌اي كه با تقويت نظارت‌هاي اجتماعي خويش مي‌تواند نظم را حكمفرما كرده، آواي فرشته عدالت را در زندگي بشر طنين‌انداز كند. در مقابل، گزاره‌ها و آموزه‌هاي دين اسلام با شعار «انّيِ اعلَمُ مَا لاتَعلَمُون» و تشريح فطرت الهي انسان، بر انديشه «گناه نخستين» خط بطلان كشيده، ضمن تاكيد بر تاثير مثبت نظارت‌هاي اجتماعي براي مقابله با جرايم و پديده‌هايي همچون آنومي، كانون توجه خود را بر روي نظارت‌هاي دروني متمركز كرده است.

Emile Durkheim thinks that anomie is a product of sudden change which simultaneous with great prosperities of the industrial period or a rooted and traditional depression of norms has made the cultural values of the society like puppets of the young modernization. He thinks human is an insatiable being who has lived a life of grudge and seeks for what he does not have and unusual growth of anomie destroys the collective conscience and individual, class, and group consciences will grow. And this means exactly weakened social supervisions and increased crimes. Durkheim thinks that the only way to control man’s grudge nature should be sought for in the invisible hands of the society and social supervisions. A society in which order governs on the basis of strengthening its social supervisions, the song of the angel of justice will be sung in man’s life. On the other hand, propositions and doctrines of the religion of Islam (under the motto of “Surely I know that which ye know not” and while describing man’s Divine innate nature), reject the idea of “the first sin”; and while emphasizing the positive impact of social supervisions to fight against crimes and phenomena such as anomie, they focus on internal supervisions.
